The team at Service Restoration far exceeded my expectations when my apartment flooded. They arrived within an hour of my call at 2:30am and stayed until the job was completed around 7:15am and were back the next day to ensure all of the equipment was running smoothly. Highly recommend!

All the crew members were friendly and efficient. We primarily worked with Blake and Travis, both of whom are exceptional and patient. We also had the pleasure of working with Daniel and Blair on a day when Blake was unavailable, and they were equally fantastic.

On the day of the damage, which occurred when our rubber-style roof came off, Bobby, Travis, and the rest of the crew arrived just after 8 am and spent the next 4.5 days diligently cleaning up the resulting rainwater damage to our master and basement.

Despite the scorching 104° heat caused by their heaters — used for drying out the walls and floor — in our master, which made the upstairs extremely hot, the crew members were incredibly accommodating and never complained.

They were also great with our furbabies.

The crew members cleaned up after themselves thoroughly and were always ready to answer any questions we had.

I highly recommend their services to anyone who has experienced damage caused by weather or pipes in their home.

I cannot say enough great things about this company and it's level of professionalism and unending support of our local First Responders. We had a laundry tub overflow that damaged flooring, baseboard and downstairs ceiling. I was referred to this company and was incredibly happy with the results. First and foremost, all employees of Service Restoration were excellent at communicating and guiding us through the whole mitigation and rebuild process. Craftsmen did excellent work. They were responsive to my questions and were inventive in dealing with snafus like my flooring being discontinued. I don’t want to need this company again but if I do, I will call Service Restoration!

Working with Cody to diagnose the issues within our home, went smoother than I could ever imagine. He and his team stepped up, figured out the issues that needed to be mitigated took care of the problems and literally worked on everything from A-to-Z.

I must say the amazing pack-out team of Cass, Hannah, and Casey, far exceeded our expectations of being to pack out our home in a very quick and timely manner. I contacted Mike Wickhurst to a structure fire for a single person with cancer who had just been released from the hospital and when the person returned home this person lost everything. Mike arrived sat down on the front porch steps and prayed with the person and brought a care package. Then on his own time assisted with living quarters for the individual. Mike goes above and beyond no matter the time of day to assist with whatever needs to be done.

Cody was very polite and answered all my questions. He was very thorough in removing the parts of floor that had water and kept me updated on next steps.
