Hays Property Solutions did an amazing job! What a refreshing experience. We are so thankful for the honest and professional way this company does business. Skiler and Robert delivered on exactly what they promised.

Skiler leveled an area for a new play set, built a perimeter with landscape timbers, and delivered and spread rubber mulch. He also replaced a gate on our fence. He was quick to respond and the end product was even better than we expected. Great end product, very professional, and would use him again in a heartbeat!

Skiler leveled a portion of our backyard and prepped it for the install of a play set for our kids. He did the entire job in two days! Prompt, professional, and very attentive to detail. We highly recommend him!

We are very pleased with Skiler’s work. He removed siding to repair water damage to a section of our house. In every aspect of the repair process, he was knowledgeable, contentious, and respectful of our property. The repairs look great and he endeavored to reuse materials as possible to lower expenses and to maintain the continuity of the exterior our home. Skiler built a covered patio for us over our open concrete slab in our backyard. It was not a small project, as he had to do a roof tie-in and had multiple issues to work around to make a seamless transition. He did an excellent job and finished the project in a timely manner. He did a great job communicating throughout and priced the work very reasonably. Highly recommend!

Skiler and his crew just finished a total backyard renovation at our home (3 new flower beds with landscaping, dog proofing our fence, pouring of a large stained and stamped concrete patio, re-grading and leveling of a very sloped area of our yard to make it usable for entertainment, additional drainage for the yard, and construction of a retaining wall in one area). His team does amazing work and my wife and I have been very pleased throughout the entire process. The quality of the work has been excellent. He is attentive to the details, responsive to any feedback/concerns, and is very patient and accommodating to any last minute changes/additions to the plan. We would 100% use him and his team again in the future.

Before pic was started by another contractor that never came back to finish. The finished product added more sq ft of parking space and was done correctly!

HPS worked our job into their schedule to get an in-wall dog door installed for us. I have installed one into siding in the past and knew that I wanted a professional to cut the brick and get me squared away this time around. Skiler and his guys were in and out in less than 2 hours and took any debris with them. Great price for even better work. Highly recommended, we couldn’t be happier.

We have had several work done in and around our home and projects would always stress me out for various reasons. When I approached HSP and several other companies to provide me a quote for my backyard landscaping, I almost immediately knew that I want HSP to do the work. They are friendly and his knowledge that he provided during his first initial meet was very helpful in finalizing our decision in what we wanted to have done. A few things I do want to comment on:

Communication: a quote was provided within 2-3 days and very comparable. HSP was prompt about communicating when the project will start and expectations for each day. He was honest and communicated any delays, due to the weather or supply issues in a timely manner.

Work Ethic: HSP provided excellent work. They would clean up every day before leaving our property. It was such a relief and nice feeling to see how much effort and pride they place in the quality of work that they do.

Our backyard was a disaster with all the rocks and debris, but we are so happy now. HSP made the process comfortable, smooth and a joy to do business with. We are very happy. Thank you Hays Property Solutions for an excellent job done.

We had the following work done, firepit, 16 arborvitae trees planted, fresh dirt, sod and repairing sprinkler system.

Skiler and his team did a wonderful job for us. He carefully took notes of our pretty specific requests and budget. The proposal was done quickly and it was very reasonable especially in comparison to some other quotes we received. Skiler was extremely professional and tidy on the work sight. We have been completed for a year and this space has become our favorite especially as football season kicks back up. Before and after photos as well as a night photo as the lighting was a specific request are attached. This required tying into our existing roof. Everyone we have shown it to guessed it was part of the original build. I would not hesitate to hire Skiler for another project.

Skiler and team have been fantastic. They’re punctual and easy to work with. We didn’t have a great plan or idea exactly what we wanted, but Skiler made everything come to life from just a few photos we got online for him to see what we liked. Will definitely use him again.

Extremely satisfied with the work Skyler and his crew (Hays Property Solutions) did. They replaced a retaining wall, improved the drainage in the area, and replaced the pool deck. They were very professional and did what they said they would do and in the timeframe they said they could get it done. Most importantly they took pride in their work like it was their own house. I couldn’t recommend Skiler and his crew more! I have never had a contractor that communicated better. He also has a very high standard for his work, and you can tell that he takes great pride in his work. He spent hours just looking over small details at the end of the job, and making small adjustments, touching up the paint, grout, etc. He is honest, reliable, trustworthy, and fair in his pricing. He also stands behind his work which makes me much more comfortable trusting him and his crew with such a large project. Additionally, he was very understanding and flexible when we decided to make several last minute changes to the project. Great contractors are hard to find these days. I will be recommending him to friends/family, and will be using his company for future projects as well!

Skiler and his crew did an incredible job on our back deck! This is our second job with Hays Property Solutions. The first was the building of a stone wall around our flower beds last spring. The stonework and the deck work are both very well done. Friendly, timely, and high quality work! Highly recommend!

Honestly cannot say ENOUGH good things about Skiler and his team!

We were referred to him by others that had used him for projects in the past. I contacted him to get an estimate. He came out almost immediately, was very thorough in discussing what we wanted, and we received a detailed quote quickly.

We spent time going back and forth with our architect on changes we wanted and Skiler stuck with us the entire time, answering questions promptly and providing cost estimates when things changed.

After finally figuring out what we wanted we started construction of a 2970sq ft addition to our house that included a large custom size garage. Construction started in November and was finished by March on track with our estimated project completion.

During the project Skiler and his team were amazing. Skiler was present almost every single day his team was. He was onsite and easy to work with and was communicative about what was going on.

The addition required access to our house while we lived in it and that was a very stress free experience thanks to Skiler. We felt very comfortable with it!

Our addition is absolutely amazing. We get compliments all the time on it and are so thankful we found HPS!

We have several other projects coming up and because of our amazing experience with Skiler and his team we will continue to utilize them for future projects.

Great people to work with. Their team has done a lot of projects for us in our commercial buildings and they are always quick to provide quotes and deliver a great product.

Terrible. These guys built a fence on my property and then stained it a ridiculous color that doesn't match the other fence. I even offered to buy the stain !
Why didn't they test a section first?
Why won''t they come back to fix it?
Chuck is not honest and did not come back to fix the shoddy work.
