Gabe and Austin installed several new light fixtures and outlets for me. They did a great job! They were very courteous, polite, and arrived on time.

On time, super helpful and great communication. Highly recommend. Joshua and Hayden were excellent.

I've had Staley Electric out to my house three times in the past two months. Each time, they did a fantastic job and the pricing was reasonable. Gabe, Malachi, and Trey were all very pleasant knowledgeable, and professional. They are all three, great representatives of your company. Based on my three experiences, I can highly recommend Staley Electric.

Josh was very friendly accommodating and professional. He explained all the issues that he found completely and thoroughly. In my opinion she went above and beyond what I expected and I truly appreciate it his time and his opinions.

Staley Electric has never let us down! They arrive when they say they will, give a fair and clear estimate, and get the job done quickly and professionally. This morning, Cory was here bright and early to fix our backup generator after it went out during the storm. He was friendly, courteous, and took the time to explain each step of the repair. We really appreciate their reliability and great service.

Dustin, the technician, was absolutely the best. Fast, efficient, competent and very pleasant gentleman. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. Had 7 ceiling fixtures replaced, an outside 3 prong outlet for an RV installed, 24 light bulbs changed, inspection of outdoor non- functioning fans, etc. many hours of work done.

Austin and Josh were very professional & knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again.
I’ve used Staley twice and will be calling them back. Austin and Josh came both times and my wife and I were so pleased. Very respectful, professional and kind young men who knows there stuff. So impressed with Trey with Staley Electric. Trey arrived on time as scheduled. Immediately diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it. He was professional, performed quality work, and then cleaned up once he was done. Highly recommend Trey and Staley Electric.

Gabe and Luq were very polite , professional and found the problem after inspection. They gave me pricing on replacing the outlet and switch,which was faulty. They then installed the new one. I was very pleased! I will use Staley Electric in the future and highly recommend them!

Gabe came in and knocked out the work I had requested with no issues and even made sure all my covers matched. This is a late review as this request went to my spam and I thought enough of Gabe and the over all experience I wanted to complete the review.

Staley Electric was extremely responsive and updated me all through the process. They even sent pictures of the technicians with bios as they were headed to my house so I felt comfortable letting them in. Highly recommend this company.

It was late at night when my husband and I noticed that one of our electrical outlets began sparking and posed a potential fire hazard. We contacted the company after hours, and Mason promptly came out to address the issue. He quickly identified and resolved the root cause of the problem. Mason was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous, and he completed the work efficiently. He went above and beyond to ensure our safety and peace of mind. We would highly recommend this company for any future electrical work or other services they provide.

We have been beyond impressed with Staley Electric! We had an emergency situation with electrical surges from a bad transformer burning out some major appliances, lights, receptacles, and more. (Thank God our house did not catch fire because with the cause and damage we had, it was certainly possible.)

Staley came the same day we called and earned our trust within minutes of their arrival with their extensive knowledge. Due to the time of day/evening, they assessed the most important things inside and outside the house to make sure we were safe to stay overnight. Then, (I believe with the help of their dispatcher on scheduling) they returned the first thing the next day to inspect the rest of the house. They removed light switch covers, receptacle covers, and checked every single connection to any electrical source to make sure that there was no damage beyond that we could see. Mason, Mitchell, and Layne were able to answer our questions, make recommendations for other service people we would need to contact (plumber, HVAC, etc). They repaired the electrical damage we had within their scope, then made changes so that this will not happen again. They even checked the attic to make sure there was no cause for concern there. The price for what all they did was lower than we expected and the assurance we now have that our home is safe (especially after living through a house fire as a teen) is absolutely priceless.

There are not enough words to convey the appreciation we have for Mason, Mitchell, Layne, and Staley Electric as a whole. These gentlemen have our complete trust because they genuinely care about their customers and their safety. If you ever have doubts about using them, let me put your doubts to rest because you will not find more dependable, caring, knowledgeable people than those employed by Staley Electric.

Gabe and Jesse were super friendly and helpful during their visit! Got both of my problems solved (replacing a breaker and mounting a ring camera). Highly recommend this company and this team!

Our sign had been malfunctioning for nearly four months. We'd tried and tried to get it fixed. Our electrician referred us to Staley. From beginning to end they were professional and communicative. The team that came out was like a dog with a bone, asking questions, making calls, etc. They did not stop until they had identified the issue and fixed it. We had a great experience and would definitely use Staley again.

Called Staley Electric for an electrical issue. Starting with the lady that answered my call to the two technicians, Jesse and Gabe, that made the repair I was 110% satisfied with the service call. The time between when I first called and when Jesse and Gabe arrived was less than 3 hours. Jesse and Gabe were polite and friendly. They identified the problem and fixed it. They went above and beyond. I will be calling Staley Electric for any future electrical issues.

The guys were on time, nice as can be and very professional! They looked at my situation, analyzed it and came upon a much needed solution. Who could ask for more? 😊 I’m grateful for their help and I look forward to having the work done, in a timely manner, from the same two guys who diagnosed things. Five stars!
