Gabe and Jessie were consummate professionals. They listened as I laid out my electrical issues, answered my questions with easy to follow explanations, and completed the repairs in record time. Their knowledge and experience was demonstrated through their attention to detail. 10/10. If you need electrical work done, Gabe and Jessie of Staley Electric is who you need to call.

Josh was absolutely the best. Called late at night, he answered and showed up. A little bit later and now my lights work again! And he liked my dog. So if I could give him 6 out of 5 stars I would.

We were extremely pleased with the service that Dustin just performed. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a fix. More importantly, he pointed out that the outlets were not sufficient to handle the work load in our kitchen and recommended that they be upgraded at some point. In the 48 years that I have been in this house, having renovated the kitchen many years ago and having had other electricians for various services, this is the first time that someone has informed me that our outlets were insufficient for the work load. I agreed with his recommendation, and he immediately replaced them. Moreover, Dustin was a delightful outgoing person with a wonderful positive personality. We had a great conversation as he worked. If in the future, we require electrical service, I will be sure to contact Staley and to request Dustin.

Dustin did an excellent job troubleshooting and fixing the issues with our breaker and porch lights. He’s clearly very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy for me, as a senior citizen, to understand. I truly appreciated that he stayed a few extra minutes to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Professional, patient, and thorough.

It was a pleasure working with Staley. I was made aware of who was coming and what to expect. They were professional, timely and considerate, did the work and kept me appraised as the job progressed. I was most impressed by their attention to detail and they did clean up all the mess when they were done.

The whole process of using Staley Electric was easy and professional. You can book appointments on their website, they give you a timeframe and the day of, they texted me the photos of the technicians and a bit about them. Dustin and Malachi arrived on time and were so very nice and helpful. They assessed our flickering lights and outside outlet installation, then gave us an estimate on the spot. As the work progressed they apprised us of any changes, so the bill would not be a surprise. They were quick and efficient replacing a breaker and installing an exterior outlet box and cover. We couldn't be happier with their work, and high recommend them and Staley Electric! Will use again.

Technicians arrived on team, introduced themselves, evaluated the situation, making sure they fully understood the scope of the work.
The installation of the new service panel and weather head was very professional, making sure that all the wiring was properly labeled.
After the installation, each circuit was tested to verify labels and serviceability.
After completion, all debris was collected and removed.
Would highly recommend to anyone based on price and performance of work.

I used the website to request an appointment and got a call back very quickly. The technicians came by that same day, assessed the problem, and were able to get the parts they needed and get the broken exhaust fans in our bathroom replaced right away. Very professional and very responsive. Exactly what you're looking for when you need a home repair.

Gage and Mason saved the day for us today! We had a fan we were hoping to replace in our primary bedroom. After trying to uninstall our old fan, we got stuck. They quickly got the rest of our old fan out and our new fan in. And showed us what we missed for next time! Thanks!!

Cory came to do the annual servicing of my Koehler generator. He was on time, polite, and courteous. From the office staff to the technicians, Staley has a wonderful group of people!

Cory Bennett, did a great job of communicating this year. My mom's Generator in NLR didn't have connectivity devices, he offered up a device, was clear with all cost, and did an excellent job of installing. My Generator in Ohio was having issues staying connected. He communicated with his boss and offered up send me a cellular device, I declined, but appreciated the offer. Now I can remotely see or control both my mothers and mine generators states away. Giving I fly for a living it is nice to have peace of mind for all of the ladies in my life!

My wife and I are very happy we hired Staley Electric to do all of our electrical renovations to our home. Gabe and Jesse were exceptional and took excellent care of everything while they worked and installed everything. This was a pretty big job that involved running new wiring to install both indoor and outdoor fixtures and outlets. They were both very professional, polite communicated very well and made the entire experience feel smooth. They also cleaned everything up very well when they were done. I’m actually going to request Gabe and Jesse again when I schedule to have more work done. I also want to give a big shout out to the staff who answers the phones and works with scheduling the techs come out. They’re all excellent as well. Top notch customer service all around.

Back in April we had that gnarly storm that tore our stuff up. Staley was the only ones to offer us a VERY reasonable price to bring our stuff up to code. Quick and simple. They are very professional and respectful. Since then I've had one or two hiccups with our main breaker and they show up without hesitation. I Highly recommend them and the service they provide.
