Bill’s team did a great job installing our fence in Bear Den. This is the second house we have used them on our fence & have been very pleased with our experience.

The crew was courteous and friendly. They got right to work and cleaned up any construction debris. I would recommend them to anyone.

Couldn't be more pleased. Live in a terraced neighborhood; fence was being drawn down into neighbors yard whose wall had crumbled. Company used sunken steel posts to prevent this in the future. Japanese Cedar planks are lovely.

Bought "fixer upper" house that had an old, rusted gate that no longer worked. We were 1500 miles away and months from moving but wanted the gate refurbed. Bill's Fence sent out a crew and basically replaced/rebuilt this rusted hunk of metal into a fresh, fashionable entryway. New opening mechanism, new hinges, new finals, the works. They were tenacious and exact in their attention to detail, and we are 100% satisfied with the company, the coordinators, the management and especially the field techs that took just good care of the project. 10 - 10 would use again!

When ready to finish our back fence, not so good. Been waiting since October first, the date quoted to begin . No communication unless I reached out. I understand this is a small job. However, my original date promised is 6 weeks ago.
Obviously I need to look elsewhere.

Great experience with Jesse Adams, project estimator, will Bill's Fence Company this morning. He arrived right on time. He came to inspect areas of my wood privacy fence that needs replaced or repaired, and to provide me with an estimate. Very nice.

Bill’s Fence Co. has proven to be an excellent company to work with, starting with Ms Cook that makes the arrangements and kept us informed. Ivan and his team did an excellent job removing the old fence and installing the new fence! Brian checked with us twice to make sure we were happy and he inspected the new fence himself to make sure it met the company standards!

The latest round of storms finally did my aging fence in, and since we have a dog, we gotta have a fence. The estimate I got from Bill's Fence was very reasonable, and even though I'm sure their waiting list had to be long, they were able to fit me in much sooner than I expected. Tear down, removal, and installation took one day, and the fence looks beautiful. Every employee I talked to was super friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend Bill's Fence.

I was told different things by different people

I was not asked what I would like to do with the unused portion of the project. It was special order so it cannot be retuned which I understand it it was a good bit of material and the installers took it.

It was brought back upon my request with know communication of when so now it’s in my driveway and I have to move it where if they would have asked proactively it could have been left in the back yard where the fence was installed.

I have had back surgery so I will now need to find someone able to move the materials.

I mostly am disappointed in the communication, I knew what I picked would take linger to come in but it took twice as long and I was not getting any check in’s at a minimum.

I spent $15,000 on a vinyl fence, I was hoping to be in better hands and have a true project liaison to work with.

Instead I had to keep checking in, a two person crew showed up, they started preparing to install the fence in the middle of my yard instead of along the back property line as we agreed upon during the ordering process.

Luckily we caught them in time, once they were finished, they just left.

No checking in with us or showing us the finished product.

I waited a few days thinking someone would call or stop in to check things out and check with myself or wife on how we feel about it but it’s been crickets.
