Jeanna spent lots of time with me walking around my front and back yard. She is very knowledgeable and gives great advice. I appreciated her taking the time to acknowledge the problems. She even took pictures of our issues to send to her boss.

I was with this company for years. Terrible service I finally left after many years. Notorious for over processing your yard. The techs really don’t seem compassionate or knowledgeable about your lawn. I’ve had so many issues with this company but I can say that corporate does their job. Here in Little Rock, Arkansas the management team sucks. I normally don’t write reviews but I just wish someone would have warned me before all this headache.

Lady came to door before starting. Explained what she was going to do. Didn't take long but appeared to cover yard pretty well.
She was very polite and associated well.
UPDATE: Do not use this service. In November '24 paid $501 complete service for 2025. Today I had to pay $66 for treatment. Rep said my contract was for 8 visits only and today's visit was no longer under contract from fee paid in November. Was not told this until AFTER treatment (which was hit and miss) and they charged my card $66.
NOTHING has been done all year about weeds, they come out and spread some fertilizer here and there and call it a treatment. Only had 1 lady that come out and actually did a good treatment and actually communicated with me.
I have use several yard services over the years and TRUGREEN WAS THE WORST.
POOR TECHS AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY AND THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE COSTOMER OR THEIR PROPERTY.

Technician explained expected action with today’s treatment. Answered ALL my questions and seemed very efficient. Represents TruGreen well! bw

Gina is absolutely the BEST! She is professional, thorough, and caring. She let's us know if there is a potential problem and how trugreen can help. She lets you know when she arrives and when she is leaving, which is a very professional touch. Gina has personality plus, but is never overbearing. Send her my way ANYTIME!

Extremely happy with the service that I have had over the last three times they have been here which is about every six weeks. My lawn does not have weeds in it anymore I am thankful! :-)

Great service and customer care. Every rep I’ve met has been super knowledgeable and taken the time to explain the needs of my yard to me. I like that the customer satisfaction/feedback is automatic after each service. Already seeing great results!

My parents used TruGreen and we love them & use them too. Our yard is gorgeous because of their hard work.

Jeanna was so professional I could just cry happy tears. I just about gave up on true green. This was a very bad year with the lawn. I have two extra sprays this year to no avail. She explained what was going on with my lawn and didn't make me feel badf for voicing my concerns. She said it is in bad condition and has scheduled two extra treatments for the weeds. Thanks Jeanna

He knocked on front door, my wife told him I was in the back yard. He walked around to the fence gate a knocked o gate. I told him to come in, and we discussed what he was going to do, I said go for it. He got his sprayer and completed the application. He very courteous and friendly. Then he left!

The manager is a great guy and accepted the challenge of killing my under growth in a wooded area of my yard. I know they usually are use to nourishing grass. He personally came out in the heat and did it. Thanks Jerry 😊

Jason was very professional and knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and explained what he was going to do with today’s treatment. I really appreciated his helpful attitude and professionalism.

Love our new service Tech Dustin. He knocked on our door and explained in detail what he would be doing today annd going forward for our yard. I also appreciate that we will have him servicing our yard instead of a different person each time. We had True Green in NC before we moved and we feel like the service so far in AR is a step up.

Tech Taryon is always attentive to any concerns and is proactive in solving any problems. I have had lots of compliments this summer from my neighbors about the appearance and health of my lawn.

I'm fairly new to this service but I am so happy with them. I have been given so much good information by the service techs. Dakota was here yesterday and I waa very impressed with what he advised me as well as his overall knowledge about lawn health. He also left me with a detailed account of what he put on the lawn and best way to water. Time of day and amount. I really feel TruGreen cares about their work. Thank you Dakota, I'm extremely happy with your expertise!

Ash went above and beyond to ensure I knew what need to be done and ensured i knew the importance of the yard being watered. Very pleased with her service.

Jenna did a HORRIBLE JOB! She sat in her truck 10 minutes then spent 5 minutes in my Front yard, never went to my backyard. I was watching her the whole time she didn’t even come to my door.
1 star is not good enough for her work!
Jeffery came back a few days later and did everything correct he is a very nice guy.
I’ll NEVER let Jenna do my yard again!
Jenna needs to loose her job I’ve heard that she does that a lot.
