Called Collins to schedule a sprinkler system rebuild in July, 2023 and they gave me a date a couple of weeks later. The day before the service, I called to confirm the appointment, since meeting them meant taking half a day off from work. They said we are all set. The time slot for them to show up (1-5 pm) came and went with nobody coming to meet me, nor did I get a call to reschedule or explain the circumstances.

These guys are great. Friendly, fast and affordable. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem in one day. Then, he took the time to train me on how to use the new equipment.

Matt came out within 2 hours of me calling and worked me in. Fixed it in no time. Great work Matt!!

They came to my house to stop a sprinkler zone that would not shut off and after having to search for the faulty valve, new to me house so I didn’t know where to look, they promptly repaired it. Afterwards they relocated, adjusted and repaired heads I had issues with but had not mentioned when I called. Matt is knowledgeable and will answer any questions you may have about your system or what he is doing. They also pointed out a caterpillar problem and told me how to deal with it. He even helped me with an problem I had in my garage. I will be calling them again for all my future sprinkler system needs.

I highly recommend Matt Collins for sprinkler repair in central Arkansas. He was prompt for our 8 am appt and polite and kept me informed on his arrival. He was available sooner than some of the larger companies that I had called for an appointment. Matt was very knowledgeable and fixed several major leaks in my system and explained well everything that was done. His prices were fair, what I expected for two people for three hours. I called to schedule a maintenance repair on my sprinkler system. They came out and identified several leaks in the system, made sure all of my zones were operating properly. Fast, and efficiently repaired all that was needed. I would recommend them to anyone.

Matt Collins and his assistant did a very good job on my sprinkler repair. They have the equipment to find the main water valves for the different sections on a sprinkler. They did find the water valve that needed repair work done on it, so that the sprinkler head in that area would work properly. They did the work timely and well. I will be calling them again and highly recommend them for the excellent work they do.

Mike did a great job at getting me back up and running. I have an old system that is not routine to repair and he was able to quickly determine the issues, come up with a plan and correct the problem. He does a great job of keeping you updated on the progress of the job and then walking through the details of both the plan and repair. Will absolutely use again for my next sprinkler system needs.
