I called Leaf Filter for an estimate, they were quick to call me back. I have large trees all around my house and every year, the leaves and debris fill up the gutters and I had to clean them. It was a daunting task. The presentation sold me. Did you know they also seal the seams and ends to avoid leaks, after THEY clean your gutters out? Yep. The peace of mind knowing I don't have to mess with them again, is priceless. Lifetime warranty, just make a call to them for repairs...you bet! If you are on the fence, just do it. You'll be glad you did!

The follow up on my job was done well and the issues were completely resolved. The technician was helpful and very friendly. He gave me great confidence that Leaf Filter will stand by their work and that they really care about my satisfaction with their product and effectiveness.

WOULD ABSOLUTELY NEVER RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They were set up at the saline county fair and were SOOO incredibly disrespectful

Nice folks but I paid $1400 for a gutter cleaning and sealant and all the grime littered my flower beds and lawn and no sealant applied. In addition they keep blowing me up about a contract which I had already signed. Not the best.

I've been profoundly impressed with the service I've received. Everyone that I talk to wants to help and the on-site techs have been great to talk with. Everyone has been very respectable of the property and the gutters look absolutely amazing.

There was some confusion in the beginning with the financing, but they made it right and everything worked out well! Installation was a breeze (MadDog Construction - John Woodall and his crew were amazing!) We've only had our new gutters a couple of weeks but they are already a game changer!

We had gutters installed incorrectly. During the first snow some of the gutters came down. They started to fall before heavy snow even came down! The warranty is lifetime except for ice build up and there was not ice.
They came out and agreed they were installed incorrectly and said they would replace. Then a week later they came back and changed their mind and wanted us to pay an additional $2,000 to fix it. They won’t hold up to their warranty, admitted they were wrong on installation and now wont do anything to fix it! I would not recommend them at all!

They did what was agreed, cleaned up after themselves, professional, respectful of person & property. Communicated time of arrival and of any changes.

Appointment was scheduled, and the work was done two days later! Work was done, as discussed! Great work! Great crew! The only problem that I had was, I asked for pictures to be sent to me, after the installation, as it is a rental property. They did not send any, I finally got over there, to see the work, 10 days later. That is why I am giving 4⭐️ instead of 5

LeafFilter came out unexpectedly after an online inquiry. The salesman ask since he was already out if he could give me an estimate. Ian, salesman quoted me $2800 and I decline then he said I can give you a discount. He said he could do it for $1600. I agreed thinking I was getting a good deal. A couple days after installation it rain. And there was leaks everywhere and now I also had a big puddle in my first yard. I called Ian and he didnt seem to care he directed me to their customer service. They came out broke my water hose during a water test and blame poor workmanship on the guy that installed. And claim the leaks were fixed. Again the next time it rain there were leaks. LeafFilter came out an additional 5 times after installation and I still got leaks. The last rep that came out he suggested I call them when it rain because the water tests were insufficient. I contacted LeafFilter supervisor, Matt the next time it rain so he could come out while it was raining to observe the leaks. He confirmed he would come but didnt show. He text and said he will come tomorrow. Tomorrow came and he text since it didnt rain I will come out Friday. Friday came. It rain Friday but no call no show from Matt. Matt stated he came a few days later but didnt want to disturb me because it was early in the morning. I dont believe him showed because if he came out while it was raining he would have clearly seen all the leaks and puddle. I found out after a year there would be a service fee everytime a LeafFilter rep comes out to my home. I tried filing a small claim but in Arkansas LeafFilter would have to have a lawyer rep being a LLC and the judge suggested I get a lawyer also but I can not afford an attorney. I feel scam.

The entire sales, installation and product is worth the cost.The salesman was very professional, polite and direct. The installer was on time, worked until completed, and showed us the finished product.
Also, the price we felt was reasonable.

Leaf Filter did an awesome job installing our gutters. They were on time and did it in a timely manner.

This group took my information from their website, called quickly, was early for our appointment time, they did amazing work and cleaned up as they worked, great job.

They did a fantastic job,I am so glad I got this done before our rainy season starts.

As promised the installation crew was professional and the gutters look great, match the house perfectly. The clean up afterwards was amazing. Thank you Casey.

They charged me $5,000. Did not finish half of the job even though we have asked them over and over again. They stole $ from a 72 year old woman who trusted them because salesman is a preacher. Shame on him! One-- of several
issues --There is an entire strip across the back of my house that has nothing but gutter hanging hardware --NO GUTTERS. YOU GOT PAID--PLEASE GUYS COME FINISH WHAT U PROMISED TO DO... And, does it look to you as if there is any "Leaf Guard" in those gutters?

The quality of work is terrible. I would not recommend this company. They want to charge a service fee to correct the job that was suppose to be done when they installed the gutters. It is not my fault that they had two different guys come out and one knew what he was doing and the other not so much. The job should be done with quality work especially for the price we are paying to have the work done. I will never use this company again. This was my first time using them and will be my last time.

We've only had LeafFilter for a couple of days, so I can't comment on how well it works yet, but the representative and the installer were both very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We purchased it Wednesday & it was installed the very next day, so that was pretty impressive.

LeafFilter has great customer service and helped me get everything situated with my new home. Keelan was very knowledgeable and helped me get within a financial range to help my family.
