I can't say enough good things about Rich Sales. Since 1969 founded by Jack Rich, they have been a great source of support for the local supplier and tradesman. For years Mr. Doug Rich has carried on the business his father started and is well known by most involved in Arkansas Wholesale supply/trades. Now with the third generation at the helm, I can honestly say that I know I can continue to depend on the Rich Sales Team to give me the field support my crew needs in the area of product information, product service and availability. Andy Kella, a family man, really takes care of his people, in turn they take care of the customer. At the end of the day, relationships really make the difference. After 32 years in the plumbing service business, I consider Rich Sales one of my vital business partners. This group really does care and the customer experience they provide confirms it.
