Our Church had total interior remodel, ground-level to cathedral ceiling; new underfloor heat/air ducts, floor removal & replacement joists; new floor base, carpet, tile, new ADA restroom; new plumbing; paint of walls; replaced ceiling finishing/paint , new lighting fixtures; interior termite repair of childrens room ; choir loft re-inforcement; removed organ & church pews from choir loft to lower level. the crew members were respectful of our contents in boxing up to move offsite during construction; now after the renovation, our church is structurally sound, and with our church’s 100 yr old historical significance, careful attention throughout project was given to the details, materials and color selection, project was treated with dignity of premises. The final result is absolutely beautiful, . Very pleased with end result and working with the team members of Pro Service Builders.

Pro Service Builders have been a part of approximately 8 projects for me and those I have referred them to. In each case we have been very pleased. They have many positive attributes. Two of them are professionalism and quality.

We had a sprinkler head burst in our church attic during a winter storm. Water ran for 48 hours before we could get there. Pro Service was onsite within an hour of our phone call. They restored our building to better than it was before. Jason Sweat and Tim Epley are top notch!

My call for help was immediately addressed. The work started the next day. The supervisor was informative and very helpful. The workmen were on time, efficient, and knowledgeable. Their work was excellent and everyday the space was left clean when they left. I would call again if needed and have given their name to several others.

My friend was recently having work done in her home and I had the pleasure of meeting some of the crew and seeing the quality services provided. William Allred was extremely helpful and courteous. He provided detailed work with an excellent attitude. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing services completed. Ask for Will, you won't be disappointed!

Pro Service Builders did a great job handling the remediation and repair from a major water link at our law firm. They were very professional and the work was outstanding. I would highly recommend Pro Service Builders.

If I were to rate a place by the actions of one driver/employee I'd rate them 1 star for truck livery and the fact that I guess they hire crappy desperate drivers because one just nearly wrecked me after running a stop sign in NLR.

Update: the company reached out with apologies and questions about the incident, saying they take things like that very seriously and have a protocol for dealing with them.

This was a fantastic experience. Their contractors pay attention to details. The work was exceptional! And fast! They treat your business like it’s their home. I can’t imagine using anyone but ProService Builders. They are the BEST!!

We had to have our floors replaced... all of them. They did a great job this first time BUT unfortunately the run of flooring was a bad one but it wasn't evident until after finishing. So, we had to do it again. But the happy ending to this story was that Pro Service Builders worked with distributors, assigned the right guys to do the removal and reinstall and everything was made right. Stepped up. We didn't like to have to move out again but it had to happen and I can't think of any way they could have made the experience any better.

At Torchy's in Fayetteville, AR today for their grand reopening! Pro Service Builders did a phenomenal job on the structural repairs and remodel! I appreciate them having me out to photograph the results.

Pro Service is absolutely amazing! Steve rocks. He was always in communication with us about what was happening and worked with us being in the building almost the whole time so we could get some work done for our store. With him working with us, we were able to get the project finished a few weeks faster. What a great company and everyone was super nice. Most importantly - they actually cleaned up after themselves every day. Great company but more importantly just great people!
