Russell Ivy and his team of professional installers and service technicians have been such a blessing, both to our family and our community. Russell was able to reduce the stress of an otherwise daunting process of replacing our home's HVAC. Lonoke Service Company provided a flexible solution and efficient process that allowed us to have a brand new Carrier residential split system installed. Russell treats his customers like family, and he gives back to the community in ways that are meaningful and have a lasting impact. If I could recommend LSC with more than five stars, I would certainly do so.

Just over a year ago Russell and his team installed a mini split system our home . Our old system was 30 plus years old . Our old system was of course not efficient and our cooling bills were in the 200 dollar range and heating was about the same . With the new system it is way more efficient it keeps our home evenly cooled and heated . Our bills are half of what they were. We would recommend Russell and his team for all of your HVAC needs .

I had an A/C go out on a hot Sunday. I called the number given to me by another gentleman to see if Mr. Russell could come out. He came out that evening to fix my A/C. He is a very honorable man because he did not over charge me and he fixed the problem and did not try take advantage of the situation. I would definitely recommend him if you have any A/C or Heater issues. I will definitely use him in the future! Plus he is a very nice and down to earth guy that seems to care about peoples situations instead of just the bottom dollar!

Had a nightmare experience with another company. LSC took over late the same day we fired the other and had a quote and plan of action ready to go the very next day and system installed 48 hours later and working great. Could not ask for better service.

These guys have helped me out several times now, and they never fail to please. They fixed our A/C before the 4th of July this year, and they even came on Christmas Eve once when our heater quit. Can't say enough good things. Hopefully next time won't be a holiday though.

I called LSC because my AC unit was hit by lightning and I wanted a 2nd opinion. They also let me know that my unit need to be replaced. What made them different was they gave me many options as well as recommendations for my unit that is in my attic. I decided at that point to go with them. They came out quickly and were very knowledgeable and nice. I decided to purchase a new AC unit with LSC and they did not disappoint! They came out early to install the new unit and did a very good job. They stayed in contact with me and also followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was working as it should. I highly recommend LSC and will definitely be using them in the future for all my AC needs!!

Lonoke Service Company has taken care of our needs here at the Port of Little Rock for several years on several different projects. The service and the quality of the products have always been top notch and we couldn't be happier with the service they have given us!

A couple month's ago, my AC unit went out and a friend recommended someone to me (i will leave their name out). This person came out and fixed end connectors and replaced something else. I really didnt feel comfortable since my friend never used this person before. I ended up spending $350.00 for the repair.
Just a couple weeks ago, my AC went out again. I decided to not use the same person I had previously. I reached out to Lonoke Service Co, and made an appointment. I really thought this would be a come and go situation as it was with the other guy. But, I was wrong.....very wrong.
I was sent text messages of when the tech would arrive at my house, when he arrived at my house, and when the service order was completed. This technician spent at least 3-4 hours at my house. Not only did they fix the problem, but noticed some other issues that were fire hazards waiting to ignite. They also cleaned my coils to my unit.
This company is very straight forward with their customers. I love the professionalism of the tech. We even got measurements to get an estimate on getting a new unit, because I have a much older unit. They gave us a heads up that we will need a new unit since the freon from my unit is no longer available.
I recommend Lonoke Service Company. They are very thorough with the job they were called to do. I was not disappointed this time as I was the first time with the first person.

Russell and his team are great people. I own a printing company and for the A/C to be down when it is 90 degrees causes us to have loss with humidity soaring and ruining paper, rusting metal surfaces and causing machines to jam. Russell understands this and he made several trips to Little Rock to make sure he had all of the equipment that needed to be replaced there the next day. He replaced our condenser and coil and had us back up and running in a day and a half with no loss of product. Thank you Russell and Team for taking care of us so well all these years.

Lonoke Service Company does a very good job of maintaining my heating and A/C systems at two homes we own in Lonoke. Some animal chewed the wires to a mini split in my wife’s she shed. Andrew did a great job, and was also great to work with on the repair. Highly recommend Lonoke Service Company!
