Mr Norel and his team came to my home and we're pretty honest and blunt of my ac situation gave the options after diagnosing with his AC gadgets and after hearing their honest opinions and them providing a professional first impressions, I agreed to the replacement on my unit. He wasn't the cheapest but I tell ya South WEST HEAT AND AIR. Are worth every penny, he went as far as providing us with a room AC unit until the main unit was replaced. Don't go for the big franchise ac guys call Southwest, affordable and professional.
