Constraction reviews in Maumelle, Arkansas

For anyone who is interested in quality workmanship and a company who provides professional service, I cannot recommend Patriot Roofing enough. From the moment we began discussions through the final installation, Patriot guided me through the entire process each step of the way. Not only did they find errors in my adjuster’s estimate, they went above and beyond to work with my insurance company directly on items my adjuster misquoted. This company earned 5 stars from me and my family!

We loved our experience with Patriot Roofing. We had damage from the recent tornadoes and had no clue where to start. We met the owners daughter the day of the tornado as she was out in the street checking on people to see if everyone was ok. We knew then Patriot was who we wanted to do business with. Leanne came into our home, explained the entire process and even helped us understand all the information from our insurance company. They delivered our materials one afternoon and started early the next day. They finished and cleaned up in one day. There was no debris left in our yard and no nails were left. The roof is beautiful. We’ve been singing the praises of Patriot Roofing to everyone we know. We highly recommend them. They deserve 10 stars.

Patriot Roof &
Restoration team are awesome! Above and beyond. We are thrilled with the detail inspection and the state of the art drone pictures of our soon to be home beyond impressed. What a wonderful experience! Lee Ann sent me texts and emails with updates. I HIGHLY recommend
Patriot Roof &
Restoration for all your roofing needs.

I highly recommend this company. It is interesting how many "roofers" show up after a storm. A roof is a major decision and I found that after this storm they began to swarm. I chose patriot roofing because they were local and and had good reviews and after working with them I found out that they were a great company and deserve a GREAT review !
First off I found out that my Insurance company was the top two in the nation for rejecting claims and mine was initially rejected. LeeAnn from patriot was tenacious about seeing my claim thru. We had two 3rd party inspectors on my roof and Patriot was on the roof with them identifying the damage to make sure we had an accurate report. The claim was approved and my roof was replaced. The crew did a great job installing my roof . These guys worked hard and got the Job done fast! The yard was left better than when they found it and the quality of work was great. The next day I walked the roof to inspect and the quality is there . A roofer can hide allot if there shady because honestly how many people actually walk there roof.( Not recommended if you've never been on roofs)
The rows are dead on straight and laydown construction was spot on! There attention to detail was applied to the whole roof. They even made the vent pipes and flashing match the roof. Thank you Patriot Roofing for your hard work and Integrity !

We used Patriot Roofing to replace a 30-year-old roof. The price was fair and the quality of work was great. They talked about the options and made recommendations based on their experience. Once all the details were finalized, the work began very soon and was we were updated throughout the process with photos and issues (replacing decking, etc.) that were found. I have recommended them to friends who have also been pleased with the quality of work and professionalism with which they operate.

Patriot Roofing is an absolute pleasure to work with. They are reliable, completely professional and they do outstanding work. I could not be more pleased with my new roof. Their teams are conscientious, trustworthy and clean up before leaving. I highly recommend Patriot Roofing if you are in the need of a new roof.

This was my first time working with Leeann. It certainly won’t be my last. My buyer was very pleased with their new roof. I personally appreciate all the crew did to work around everyone’s schedule to make the timing work. The roofers were pulling away as the moving truck arrived. I appreciate them going above and beyond when surprises were found under the old roof. They left the property clean…not debris in the grass or shrubs. Leeann was a great communicator and stay in touch with updates as we navigated each step along the way. I highly recommend Leeann & Patriot Roofing & Restoration.

The team at Patriot replaced the roof and gutters at a rental property of mine. LeeAnn walked me through the process of working with insurance to make sure everything went smoothly. The onsite project manager made sure the crew had what they needed. And I’ve watched a fair number of roofing crews work before, but have never seen one that paid as much attention to detail as this one did. Very impressive. Gutter crew did a fantastic job, as well. If you need a roof, you need to call Patriot.

I cannot recommend them enough, Lee Ann and Patriot Roofing they were there from start to finish helping with our insurance, our questions or decisions. Lee Ann is there every step of the way. We had to replace our roof not long after moving to Maumelle what could have been an ordeal was made easy and simple. Their work was excellent, and their customer service was top notch. The numerous recommendations are well deserved. Thank you for the excellent work you do.

The people at Patriot Roofing were professional, organized, and very hard working. LeeAnn, the office manager, was so knowledgeable and very kind. She answered all the questions and concerns we had and explained the whole process, including some insurance questions that I had. The roofers were back the same afternoon to pick up nails and debri that were left. If we could leave 10 stars, we would. The quality of their work was fantastic!!

A Truly Wonderful Experience!

From start to finish, my experience was absolutely fantastic! Leeann was tremendously helpful, going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine willingness to assist made all the difference. I couldn’t have asked for better support. If you’re looking for top-notch service, I highly recommend working with Leeann!

These guys are the best. They’ve always taken care of me and gone the extra mile. When building my fence , they made sure to handle all the extra paperwork because I was having a large procedure and wanted me to focus on recovery. They even check in on my from time to time outside of work. Absolutely care about their customers!

I needed to have our roof replaced since it had been 15 years. The insurance folks surely did not make it easy but Patriot Roofing (especially Lee Ann) was super helpful, patient and was able to communicate effectively and regularly through the process to get the job done.
Very professional, prompt and helpful! Would certainly recommend.

Professional service, attention to detail and cost effective. Had solar attic fans installed reduced energy cost 30% on AC and much more comfortable environment. Definitely recommend.

Lee Ann, Sean and Adam are an outstanding team. They went above and beyond to help me with my roof install. They met with my insurance adjuster and were excellent advocates for me. I could not have had a better, more professional, customer focused experience. I highly recommend Patriot Roofing. 10+ stars!!!

LeeAnn was able to help me and my family with an absolute smooth process and trust her like nonother. She was able to make the whole process easy from start to finish. She helped us be rest assured knowing that everything would be done correctly and precisely. Words cannot describe how much that meant to us. 5☆'s All Around. I Highly recommend Patriot Roofing and working with LeeAnn.

My neighbor is battling through with her insurance, and a general contractor, after a tree fell across her roof. When I saw the decking installed with 1/4" to 1/2" gaps, and no H clips...I HAD to call LeeAnn for some code guidance. WOW!! I felt completely armed with info by the time we finished our conversation! As a favor to my neighbor, I met with the general contractor today. They are going to correct the decking issues, and make it right. I will never call anyone else but Patriot Roofing when it comes time for my house! Thank you so much LeeAnn.

You hear nightmare stories about roofers and used car salesmen, then you meet Gary Hunnicutt from Patriot Roofing and realize you made the right choice for a replacement roof. Gary explained every phase of the replacement process. My girlfriend and I felt like family with Gary and Patriot Roofing.

Adam and his team did a phenomenal job. After he took a look at the roof, he had the estimate to me that day and the job scheduled for the following Monday. The job was priced about where I expected and there were no surprises or gotchas throughout. The crew worked quickly and installed the roof in a single day and left the place as good as new when they were done.

Adam's process is incredibly thorough and it's clear his team takes pride in their work. Once the crew was done, Adam came back out and verified the work was up to standard. I'm overwhelmed with the quality of service.

If you need a roof repair or replacement, look no further.

I was recommended Patriot Roofing after I sustained hail damage to my roof. I cannot say enough great things about them. Lee Ann and the team are so informative and helped me through the process with ease. My roof was replaced quickly and looks amazing. I highly recommend Patriot Roofing and would definitely use them again!

Louann was my first contact with this company and she walked me through every step. My roof required the old shingles be removed. They found a lot of damage and repaired it all. The took pictures every step of the way and I was able to use those pictures for my house insurance reinspection. The job was completed in a day and the area around my home was spotless. I cannot recommend these guys enough. I am very happy and secure in knowing my home is safe and protected. This was major project for me but they made it very easy and I will never regret having picked this company. I first heard of this company on the radio. It was around Thanksgiving and the station was offering up dinners for the less fortunate. Patriot called and donated more dinners. I knew I could trust them with my home. Thank you all.
