Worst experience I have ever had with a business. They destroyed large sections of my lawn due to over application and then made the problem worse when they tried to apply "special" solutions that were supposed to bring my lawn back to life. The end result was that the sections of lawn that they destroyed needed to be totally replaced and they refused to repair the areas that they damaged. I have never had a company refuse to own up to their mistakes and refuse to repair their mistakes like Ultagreen.

I won't tell you that UltraGreen is the best. I'm going to tell you WHY UltraGreen is the best: They show up WHEN they say they will. They DO what they are going to do. The cost is more than reasonable. If you have a problem or they make a mistake, they fix it promptly. The techs are courteous and knowledgeable. And lastly, they provide a great overall product and service. I've used 3 other competitors and no other had service like UltraGreen. Highly recommended.

We hired UltraGreen in 2016 to treat our lawn, but didn't see the results that we wanted because our yard floods so badly. I'm sure their product works great, however our lawn was always just so saturated that it just didn't work for us.

After trying many of the most common lawn treatment services after just one application and some time of course I can really see the difference in my lawn. So I'm very hopeful compared to others I have tried that my lawn will finally look good. But only time will tell but right now we're off to a good start.

I went a year thinking I could take care of my yard. I was so wrong!! I stopped by UltraGreen in March and told them I was ready for my yard to get revived again. UltraGreen has already applied two applications and I can tell a huge difference!! If I have any questions, they are great to get back in touch. UltraGreen is the best!!

Highly overrated, overpriced, pays customers $25 each for a 5-star review so all the reviews are misleading and tainted. Owner has been known to cuss customers on the phone and even hang up on them just because he is losing the complaint argument. Technicians work high all the time. Highly recommend any other lawn service!
So today owner Caleb calls me wanted me to take down my reviews and I stated that if he could find any lies in there I’ll be happy to take it down. I’ve never quit a job in my life. If the owner of the company had removed all your accesses and given your company cell phone to someone else my perception was that I was fired and I believe you will agree. Then he lies to the state and tells him that I quit so I couldn’t get any unemployment insurance. He purposely did this thinking I would come crawling back. And now in his narrative he wants it to look like I’m the one who’s crazy. The narrative response below proves exactly how he treats all of his customers and his employees. What a sorry human being! I’m thinking about starting a daily blog on Facebook to tell everybody about how Caleb treats his customers through lies and overcharging. He also promised my wife and I that he would pay for an all expense paid trip to Vegas or Miami for being top company salesman or wherever we wanted to go and then when it came time to give it out he claims he never said that. What a LIAR!!!!! There are plenty of lawn treatment companies here please choose anyone but this one.

I live in Sherwood and my yard was a mess when I hired Ultra Green to do the fertilizing and weed control. My back yard was literally covered in those green weeds with the purple tops that pop up in late winter/early spring. I also had nut grass which is really hard to get rid of yourself. I was spending a lot of money on fertilizer and week killer, not to mention the time I was devoting to it and nothing was working. I wish you could see my yard now. It doesn't have a single weed in it and to me that is nothing short of amazing. The one time I did have a concern about one of their visits I contacted them and they handled my concern very timely and in a professional manner. I can see the results of what I am paying for and would highly recommend them if you are contemplating using a service or if you are not happy with your current service.

Beware. We have spent over $300 to have our yard treated since February. It's now June and are yard is still full of weeds. I don't even think they have been spraying. Every time we call they say they are coming out and never show. So much for satisfaction guaranteed.

I have used several lawn services over the years and I can honestly say that until I switched to UltraGreen I never felt like I got what I was paying for, especially in the back yard. I have now used UltraGreen for two years and the entire lawn continues to look great. We could not be happier.

Best service I have used yet. You can see a distinct line between my yard and my untreated neighbors yard. I like it like that.

We've used UltraGreen for about 2 years now. Our lawn is free of almost all weeds and our zoysia has begun to take back over in many areas where the weeds had been before. It's not perfect but we are light years from where we started a few years ago. The service is fast (really only takes them about 10-15 minutes per treatment) and easy (autopay), and the employees are friendly. We also like that the products are organic. My only suggestion is that it would be helpful if they let us know they were coming a day or so before just for the heads up or in case we need to reschedule and because we have dogs that need to be let out prior to service. UltraGreen TN offers a wide variety of lawn services. I have used them for over two years and have been completely satisfied. They apply great products and are highly professional both at application time and with customer service.

I have had UltraGreen for a few years and I love them! A bill is always left at my door and Stephen is always very friendly and knowledgeable. When I first moved into my home the front yard looked horrible! I had little to no grass and a lot of dirt/mud! UltraGreen promised me a green and weed-free lawn, that is exactly what they gave me. I am very impressed with the chemicals that they are using. I like that after they come out my child and dogs are still able to play in the yard without the fear of getting chemical poisoning. Also, I have called the office on multiple occasions with silly questions and someone, which is usually Stephen, is always happy to answer my questions. Not to mention this is a family run company, not a chain company and that definitely shows by how well they have taken care of my lawn these past few years.

Ryan has worked with me for over a year to keep my yard healthy and pretty! When something came up he was quick to treat it! He talked me through what needed to be done, and he followed up with me himself to make sure everything was good! I appreciate his communication and attention to detail! I highly recommend Ryan with UltraGreen!

I use Ultragreen out of Nashville, TN. 2 years ago my back yard was all dirt and I had pretty much given up on it. Now my back yard looks almost as plush and green as my front yard, and I get positive comments about that from my neighbors all the time. Highly recommend to anyone that wants a great looking lawn!
