They don't service above ground pools

Absolutely the worst customer service ever
Called for 2 months and the lady that answered the phone would say I’ll put you in the call list
As I explained to her all 5 times I called I was supposed to be on the call list
She would say I don’t see your name on it but I’ll have someone call you

STILL WAITING
IF SERVICE IS THIS BAD NOW I CANT IMAGINE HOW CRAPOY IT WILL BE AFTER THEY DONT BUILD MY POOL

Nolan pools did my pool years ago. It was quality work and we never had any issues with it.

The problem with this company and honestly can’t believe the community has kept them in business so long. Well the problem is once they suck u in to get a pool all nice and friendly afterwards there customer service is terrible. It is family operated if u disagree with the girlfriend or wife for example She will have the husband that owns the company to call and treat you like dirt my wife/spouse would never say that I can’t believe you treats the customer like trash. Another example bad review they will call ticked off because u give them a negatives review terrible. They should call back to see how they can improve services. Last but not lease never on time and prices always bounce up not down. Like I said I can’t believe they are still around terrible customer service Rey disappointed.

I had made an appointment to have our pool opened 3 weeks ago at a firm price of $300. Yesterday they called me to let me know that there crew would be able to open my pool for $350 and that I needed to confirm immediately or they would move down the list and I would loose my appointment. Well since I wanted to discuss with my wife...especially since they had hiked up the price or written it down wrong after our initial conversation. Then when I called back they were very rude. Elaine Nolan is the one that said: "We have been in business for 40years and you and your business doesn't matter". Great! That is a good message to send out!

I highly recommend Central Arkansas Pools: When I called them they were honest, upfront, very knowledgeable, reasonable, and all around very professional!

It's now been five years since Nolan Pools built our pool and we couldn't be happier with their continued service. After a harsh winter, we were so relieved to find very few problems with our pool after opening this season. It was time for new pool lights, and Nolan got the job done quickly. They continue to answer questions for us and are quick to respond if we have any problems. Thankfully, since we chose the best contractor there haven't been many issues.
