So shocked at the other reviews. I can't say enough wonderful things about the amazing service I received. Jorden of Shaw Electric Inc. placed all my new kitchen lights and all of my outdoor lights and I couldn't be happier with the professional service I received. Jorden had to drill a few holes in my ceiling to get the lights centered over my island and was so quiet and efficient I was shocked when he was finished because it didn't take long at all. He cleaned up my counter the best he could as well. Same thing with my outdoor lights and there were 14 of them. Needless to say I received the best service and would definitely recommend Shaw Electric to any of my friends and neighbors and will certainly continue to use them for all my electrical needs.

Appreciate the work done around the home. However, throughout the home build process, there were some small stuff left behind and had to keep reminding them. His team is nice and helpful, but the guy himself is very rude. Only a month after moving in our home, I had called when all of our smoke detectors started going off and were making loud noise that we had to get out of the house and call them. There was no specific reason provided to why this happened even though there was no smoke. Again this happened few months after in middle of the night, I was able to silent it for the time being, but then it started chirping again in the morning. so I called him the next morning and he said “you have to take care of yourself, you can’t keep me on the phone.” I had only called to see what I can do to make it stop chirping and not have all of them go off at the same time, how it did last couple of times. So that was very rude and frustrating! Electric job is done poorly, we have problems with the switches that are installed not properly. We only went with this company because our builders required us so.

Shaw Electric wired our home for the builder. I met Rex the day we moved in.
We were new to LR & snow was falling.
Sadly, dryer cord & receptacle were incompatible. Rex was here within an hr & saved the day. We have grown to depend greatly on the Shaw team. Always such polite, respectful men who do a great job.
AND……they always leave their work boots outside!!!!!!! Thank you Shaw Electric for 16 years of great service.

These guys are amazing!

Made an appointment for no hot water for one of my tenants and he was suppose to show up at 2:00 pm. He text at 2:15 and said he wasn’t coming and I ask if he could do it the next day and he said no!! Now tenant STILL don’t have hot water and another day is gone!!! Bad bad business ethics!!

Called in, having some issues with my hot water heater, gave me the solution to my issue, offered to walk me through it and everything. He is literally THE BEST! Please call him for any and all of your issues, he will be more than happy to help. Even when the big names don’t want to help over the phone, they have to send “a technician” out to check it and charge you almost $200.00 for it. He loves helping customers and DIY’ers alike. Please call him, I promise you won’t be disappointed!

My cat put an apple in my toilet and when no one would help because I had my granddaughter sweet 16th birthday party the next day, he came over here had my toilet fixed in a few minutes and then told me to buy my granddaughter another present instead of paying him. God bless this man and his company, may he be successful in every way. Thank you Justin!

He answered the phone when I first called—no answering machine. He scheduled an appointment right away. And he showed up EXACTLY on time. He did a lot of digging to finally find the water leak. Really fair price for 2 1/2 hours. Good guy. Fun to talk to. Hard worker and honest.
