Had a great experience using Kevin’s Appliance Repair. Have used him twice. Once to service a refrigerator and freezer and the second time to fix a washing machine. Very knowledgeable and fixed my washer quickly. Great communicator - shows up when he says he will and kept me posted on when we he would come. Very reasonably priced. Will use him again.

came out to fix ice maker, said it was froze up to disassemble. came back next day it wasn't froze up. could'not fix it. Didn’t put one part on my refrigerator and charged me 120bucks for nothing. Never again!

Consumer beware.
He has a 2 star because hes a nice guy. Was here within 48 hours.
But…
He does not do fix all components of refrigerators. This information would be nice to know prior to a service call fee. Certain parts of “new model” refrigerators he cannot repair. You will get a service charge fee and still be in the same situation. He needs to do a better job of assessing the model and manufacturer prior to coming out and be transparent with the consumer about his capabilities with new appliances. I would NOT have taken the risk with his business if i was informed that he couldn't fix certain parts.

Called him later in the afternoon. Responded that evening after hours, came out next day. Very good service, fast, effective and a kind man. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Responded and made the repairs to my dishwasher same day. He even came over after 5 pm. He quickly diagnosed the simple fix and his price was very reasonable. I appreciated his same day service and quick fix! I'll use him again if I have a need!
