I bring in an HVAC order and it is always correct and complete within very short order, sometimes same day service. Great people, fantastic craftsmanship, affordable pricing. Came in to get a Boat Switch Panel Box built, was told once it would be done within a afternoon a week after dropping it off, well 2 weeks later I was informed he was working on it and would be done at that point. Came in a couple days after that to kindly check my progress and he proceeded to be an utter punk.

He blamed it on all the duct he been building and came to find out he lied and did not even tough it. I had to hold it all in me to keep my cool from how big of a bull spit he was being.

I took it somewhere else, do what I did and just do not come here he has no respect for his customer.

I have used Harper's sheet metal for 10+ yrs doing oddball things with my Kitchen & Bath business. That came to end today, brought in a wall dryer vent box to get it shortened up. Was told they quit doing that type of work and they stay busy enough doing hvac pipes, that's all they will do anymore.
Looks like they need to change their name from sheet metal works to havc retailer.

No answer. Several VM left but never returned the calls.
