This company really has their act together. You are sent an email both before and after a treatment. Their email contains information about what you need to know both before and after the treatment. Their technicians are top notch.

I was able to speak directly with the owner about an issue I was having with my front yard. Within a day he had a crew out to acess what was going on. He was able to get the clover that had take residence up in my yard completely out. Within a few weeks, my lawn was completely repaired. I immediately requested that he treat my lawn with their montly service. My lawn looks better than ever.

Natural State Horticare lived up to their promise to eliminate weeds in my front and back yards over the last year. They were always on schedule, polite, informative, and professional. I also have a dog who has never had an issues playing in the backyard after most treatments. I would highly recommend their services.

This service is amazing. Our yard looks outstanding after just a few short months. Unlike our prior yard service, the same people come out and know my yard and its issues. They show up when they say. Billing is up front and clear. Jessica in the office is just amazing! Cannot recommend this company enough. Customer service and satisfaction is their first priority which is so rare these days!

Eric and his two assistants completed an evaluation and implemented improvements to our irrigation system today. They were meticulous in examining each sprinkler head and they upgraded many that were not suited for the specific area they were in or did not align with the other sectioned sprinkler flow capacities. They essentially re-engineered our system to be more efficient in coverage and total use of water. They even optimized the control settings to assure that the frequency and duration of the sprinkler zones were aligned with coverage needs and the runoff slopes. Our irrigation system is now running like it was just newly installed !

They only offer 9 services or you can’t sign up 🗑️. On what planet does someone need 9 lawn treatments unless the applications are being watered down. I have Bermuda grass in full sunlight with plenty of nitrogen in my soil, I just wanted to prevent crabgrass and broadleaf for the spring and have my current weeds sprayed….

We were using another lawn service and at the end of May our yard looked horrible. You couldn’t tell we had Bermuda grass. We did some research and found Natural State. We were thinking it would be next summer before our grass would look good. By the second application the lawn looked great. They are on schedule and very professional. We are very satisfied with their service.

We have been using Natural State Horticare for our yard and flowerbeds the last couple of years. The results have been tremendous - the grass is greener with organic products, and our neighbors often comment on the difference they see.

In addition to the routine work, the techs will proactively show us any issues they find. They will get into the grass to show you the problem so you fully understand what they see.

Bottom line - we are very happy with the people, the service, and the results.

We have been using NSH for some time now…..and couldn’t be more pleased! Our experience with them from Day 1 has been very positive. I have a number of specialized trees and several important flower beds that sometimes need extra-care attention. NSH happily & professionally services these areas of concerns, along with our sod, which ultimately gives us a true peace of mind knowing everything is handled correctly and timely. We tried several other yard care services before finding NSH. These former companies didn’t even come close in comparison to how we’re treated at NSH. These guys are the best! They truly take their time and do a thorough job!! Couldn't be more pleased. Nothing is missed, and they are very precise. You'll see that in the results. A bit more expensive that others, but you get what you pay for! Pay a little bit more, but have it done properly. 10/10

I take a lot of pride in my yard. I can tell that these folks take just as much pride in helping get to where I want my yard to be. In 22 years of using "other companies" I've never had one person ask me what my goals were until now. I have also never had anyone address the issue of "THATCH" and what I needed to do to get rid of it. Again, this is just 15 days, but I can tell I have finally found someone that cares as much as I do. I will update later in the season but I expect the update will be better than the beginning. If your yard is not where you want it, and you are willing to do what's needed, these are the folks for you.

I did not end up using Natural State Horticare's services when I was moving and selling a house, but I still wanted to leave a review because the experience I had with their team was truly exceptional. From the moment I reached out, the staff and the owner were incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. They took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and gave thoughtful advice—even knowing I might not become a customer. That kind of integrity and professionalism is rare, and it speaks volumes about how they run their business. If I need landscaping in the future, I won’t hesitate to come back to them. Highly recommend just based on the care and respect they show from the first interaction.

I’ve had these guys taken care of my yard for probably six years now. They are pretty geeky when it comes to asking them anything about your yard. There’s nothing that I have asked them that they did not know exactly what it was. I had a grass issue some years ago and I remember Andrew going out of his way to contact the university to figure out what my yard issue was. He figured it out treated it and corrected it. Highly recommend these guys if you want your yard to look great all the time they’re great resource to have.

Used them for a year to assist in the health of the grass and weed control. They did an excellent job and were very professional and the results speak for themselves. Will likely continue to use them in the future for my lawncare needs.
