Completely unprofessional!!! I do NOT recommend. Everything was fine when Michael came out to look at my gutters and then I was sent two estimates by text msg from the secretary. I had a few questions about the confusing estimates they sent over like why the linear footage was double what it should be, and which was for the front and back. There was a lot of frustrating back and forth between us until finally, she explained what I was looking at to where I could understand it. It was very obvious that she was 'very put' out with me asking questions and didn't want to answer. As time went on, she was shorter and shorter. Ever heard of customer service lady?! I just wanted to speak with someone that knew what the hell was going on. The price was actually fair so I told her I would like to add even more gutters to the estimate. Without typing any words per se, she sent a revised estimate the next day only with fewer services on it. I felt like I was being cheated so I asked her about it, there was just radio silence. She was just done dealing with me I guess, even though I just added more work and money for them. I tried calling the owner Micheal during all of this in an attempt to make this an easier process than sending texts all day to someone with a bad attitude that doesn't understand what I'm asking, but I got no reply to my vcmail. The more I interacted with the secretary, the shorter she got with me until I finally got the corrected estimate, again without typing any words, like thank you, or sorry for the misunderstanding, just that he would be there on Wed. Getting to that point was absolutely exhausting. Wednesday came but no one was showing up so I tried texting the secretary and calling Michael to find out about what time he might be here, I needed to run an important errand. No response from the secretary or the owner! I tried and tried for HOURS but still, nothing from anyone. Needless to say, they didn't even show up to do the job!!! They ghosted me! Can you imagine if one of their guys had done something a bit wrong and you needed them to come back to fix it? You would never hear from them again! I'm a contractor myself, and I even told them that I could refer them customers if they did a good job. After all that, I was pissed to say the least! I guess they don't care about making money. I do jobs all the time where the customer is having to re-do something that wasn't done right the first time by a person just like this. I think I dodged a bullet on this one. Just an absolutely exhausting and terrible experience with another bad contractor. They shouldn't have anything close to a 4 star review. Probably got their friends to send in reviews. IDK, but don't waste your time and money.

Michael was prompt, professional and personable, offering us a great deal on gutters. He was able to come out and get an estimate very quickly. His price was more than reasonable and they did an incredible job on our gutters. They were also willing to work with us and our budget. They have excellent customer service and told us not to hesitate to call if any issues arise with the gutters in the future. I highly recommend them for all your gutter needs!

I have read the reviews and not sure what happened because I did NOT receive the same treatment. I needed my fascia fixed is why I called and went ahead and got gutters too. After 3 times of coming out, still not fixed and worse than before. The 3rd time coming out he didnt even bring tools.it took me getting a new roof to get it done and they said that was the WORST patch job they had ever seen! The young men that came out didnt know where to install the gutters so I had to leave work and go home to show them. I gave them each a soda and found the cans just thrown on my back deck. I am still finding pieces of metal in my flower beds and it has been a year. I would definitely NOT reccommend this company for anything.

Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! My gutters were fine… I used them to install my screen door. They nailed down the weather stripping and left gaps. Now I can’t get in contact with them to fix it. Extremely disappointed! They refuse to answer now or return my calls! I would highly recommend you all use other options! UPDATE: AFTER!! My google review these people FINALLY sent a refund! It’s a shame that it took me posting to finally get a call back! Terrible service!

I was very please with the work on the new gutters on my dad's house. Brent Dunlap was the sales representative and he did an excellent job.

Nancy's Gutter Sales in North Little Rock, AR replaced our old soffit, facia boards and gutters. The company was knowledgeable and helpful with all of our questions and the pricing was very reasonable. The crews were professional and finished soon after starting their job. Missed spots in master bedroom. Master Bedroom carpet poorly cleaned, compared to other rooms. It looked unclean. Stains remained in 2 bedrooms.Manager did not return to fix the problems as he had said.

I felt immediately that the problems will be solved on time and with care. I am genuinely pleased to get the answers i needed.

This team was very efficient with affordable services. They did an amazing job on our carpets which oddly had recurring stains appearing even after we cleaned it ourselves and thought the stains were gone. Turns out the stains were coming up from underneath the carpet. They knew exactly what to do to remove the stains! Very friendly, hard working, and knowledgeable - they even gave us two bottles of stain remover in the event one of our puppies has an accident in the future. I highly recommend ABS Restoration Services!

Chris with ABS Restoration was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient with us as we discovered some mold in our HVAC system. He helped us test the air and surfaces for amount and type of mold. If you have water damage and other complications at your home, I definitely recommend ABS Restoration!

Chris and Phillip were awesome!! They were beyond thorough, top tier service from the moment I called. I was a wreck, I'd never experienced anything like this before. Chris gave step by step instructions on the entire process and they came in and got right to work. It was awesome. I felt safe knowing they were doing their very best to make sure the water was removed, that there would be no mold. Which is very important due to my twin boys having asthma.
