I’ve called for over 3 weeks now regarding by ice maker that I’ve already paid for the repairs up front and they will not return my phone call.

FOUND OUT LADDS EMPLOYEE PLACED THE WRONG PARTS ON MY WASHING MACHINE AND NEVER CAME BACK TO FIX MY ICE MAKER REPLACED IT WITH A TORE OLD ICE MAKER AND I COULD NOT SHUT MY ICE BOX DOOR CALLED THE GUY BACK TO COME GE5 THAT OLD ICE MAKER OUT I COULD NOT GET IT OUT. I LIKED TO HAVE NEVER GOTTEN MY DOOR TO SHUT. MAKE THE LONG STORY SHORT THEY TOOK THE MONEY AND THIER EMPLOYEE IS PLACING OLD PARTS THAT DO NOT GO WITH THE APPLIANCE AND OUR OLD AND TORE UP AND CHARGING ME AS THOUGH THE PART IS NEW. AND I COULD NEVER GET AHOLD OF THEM AND WHEN I DID I STILL HAD TO KEEP CALLING . DONT USE LADDS. UNLESS YOU LIKE . DON'T USE LADDS YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Called numerous times and always an issue of why they cant talk at the moment. Called again today and lady answering phones is rude, hung up

I have used Ladds appliances for about 11 or 12 years.I recently had a refrigerator go out and the man that lg sent misdiagnosed the problem.Ladss came and knew what was wrong with it in 10 minutes.they re very easy to work with and very sweet person.i absolutely love them!!.

Bought a washer machine didnt deliver it for 3 days then devliverd a broken one said they'd be back with another one to replace it That same day still haven't done that and its been 2 days no customer service at all phones stay on a busy line but when I go there not a phone insight

I HAVE USED LADDS FOR ALL MY APPLIANCES! BRAD DID A GREAT JOB. THEY STAY EXTREMELY BUSY. THIS I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH. BRAD WAS PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE AND WENT BEYOND HIS SERVICES TO FIX MY WASHING MACHINE.. RUNS LIKE NEW. HAPPY AND SATISFIED. WILL KEEP USING LADDS!!!

We’ve tried 3 diff times to get someone out here to fix my washer. Was told they’d be here between 8-4 twice and once 9-12.... and NO one shows. Worse service ever!! No one likes waiting around ALL DAY for NO ONE to show!
