I called for a service for the season for the summer. Mr. Kenny Carder was very professional and prompt. Serviced mommy furnace and thermostat and then went outside to check blower. Cleaned the unit and showed me the problem. I am very pleased. I spoke with Wendy who was very polite and courteous at the business. I was treated very well and will tell others about the service if Nicholson Heating and Air. I was also told about the yearly service plan for yearly service. Thank You for your service. Unit is doing great!!!! Keep safe !!

We have used Nicholson's for years. Yesterday we had a brand new heat & air unit installed. The workers were excellent. They were so gracious and full of manners! They were well versed in their job and did it well. Had a minor issue that they had to address today and they showed up early and ready to work. Can't say enough about them. Would highly recommend this company! EXCELLENT JOB!!!

Future Customers BEWARE!

This company charged me $110 for an estimate for one electrical outlet, and the cost to install the outlet was over $400. I have never seen a company charge a service call fee for an estimate from a potential new customer. I will never call this company again. If I could give them a negative star, I would because their customer service is pure trash.

Harvey, did you wonderful electrical work for us and got us back up and running efficiently. He even had the parts we needed on his truck.

Nicholson's Heating and Air is great!
Our Ac went out about 4:30pm, I called and they had someone out at our house by 5:00. The man was very professional, kind, caring and fast! By 6 our ac was back on and running. He even took the time to tell us what was going on and gave us options to fixing it. We are so thankful to have had them come and help us out! Definitely call Nicholson's for help! The lady I spoke with on the phone the next day to make sure everything went great was very friendly too! Thank you Nicholson's! 😊

Craig Handy came out to fix our unit after business hours and all the parts stores were closed. But Craig went back to the shop and repaired the part so that we wouldn't have to be without air all night. THANKS Craig

Had my unit serviced for summer. I have been doing business with Nicholsons now Bert black services companies,for several years. Have nothing but good things to say bout them. The technician who came name was tad,hope I am right,he was informative, professional and courteous I am very satisfied and glad to have a business I can depend on and trust.

The technician let me know when he was on the way, and did the check and was finished in time for me to get to work on time. He made sure the batteries in the thermostat were good and checked the filter before he left. I appreciated his efficiancy!

Ryan did a great job! Very knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend him.

Got me fixed up in less than a week after the initial contact........(Nicholson) 2022

Came out 3 times and nothing was fixed. Thermostat was set to 74 and it never got below 82 but I was told everything was as it should be and the unit was doing all it could. I requested a different tech for the third visit or at least for someone to come with him. Needless to say, I got the same individual and was out of $165 for no results. I could go on and on but long story short. I needed a new dryer because of a restriction not letting refrigerant circulate. Called a different company and within 10 minutes the 2 guys solved and was fixing the problem....... 4 stars remove after switch over to (Bert Black) 2025

Brad Porter was absolutely amazing and was very nice! He got his work done in a timely manner and made sure it was done correctly! I would definitely recommend him to anyone!
