I had a great experience with Paschal last week and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for help. We had a drain clog and they were able to get us scheduled quickly for service. Our plumber Andrew was incredibly friendly, thorough, and explained all of our options to us. He solved the issue and helped us know what we would need in the future. We will be using them again for any of our air, electric, or plumbing needs!

Technician did a great job on the repairs. Super nice and friendly, and answered all my questions.

Today was the third visit had Paschal Air and each visit was pleasant and perfessional. The Technicians informed me which maintenance was being performed and what checks they would be making. They also informed me of other services and equipment they were able to provide. So far I am very satisfied with this company.

Techs were on time, friendly and got right to work diagnosing the issues with heating system. Gave me honest answers and different ways to fix the problems. I appreciate the honesty.

Not only did he fix the issue we were having with our plumbing, he helped us get a great price for it, and he was able to come out the same day we called and within the same hour. Andrew and Jayden came out on 9/17 due to plumbing problems. These 2 gentlemen are the most professional, polite, and efficient guys we have done business with. They are an amazing representation for the company. Although they were were not able to get it finished in the same day because of the issue it was. They contacted the other companies so they could mark all of their lines. Andrew and Jayden came back this morning and fixed the issue. This is a company that will continue to use in the future. Thank you so much Andrew and Jayden for everything, y'all are very much appreciated.

I thought I had a terrible day because my hot water went out but thanks to Andrew and Jayden who went above and beyond to fix it. I never seen a company with such great workers on their team. They were excellent and if I had anything break again I want hesitate to give them a call, I know for a fact I would only call them. Such positive attitude very respectful and made my experience wonderful. I really forgot it had broken 🤦🏽‍♀️ they were that great!!! Thanks again!

They took parts from my house and would not return them. They wanted $300 to change I wax ring on toilet, it cost me $3.24 at Home Depot and 15 minutes to change. They lied about service charge discount. These people are liars and crooks

Almost $100 for the visit, but we didn’t get the repair done because the estimate was over $800.

I was very happy with my plumbing service by Paschal. Their response to my request was quick and professional. Andrew Cousins was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Everyone was friendly and polite.

We are in the middle of getting siding on our house. The siding contractor informed us that there were too much conduit running everywhere for him to tear down the old siding. Paschal came quickly after hearing about our problems. They also came back the next day and properly ran our lines up into the attic. It looks great! So thankful for them!
