I contacted Luke McCoy at JLM Tree Service at the recommendation of a trusted friend. Luke responded and came quickly to see what needed to be done, had great suggestions about how to complete the job, and gave a reasonable estimate. I needed a line dropped to get the work done, and after several attempts to coordinate with Entergy, Luke contracted with an electrician to drop the line. Luke absorbed the cost of the electrician by decreasing his charges. He took down a large limb that had been struck by lightning without damaging the tree or the tree house I had built around the tree. He trimmed the trees around our house and hauled away all of the debris. I highly recommend JLM tree servicing and would use them again when needed.

Bill McCoy serviced my trees and when he retired his son Luke took over in the same fine tradition. Luke was professional, courteous, easy to deal with, and reasonably priced. He and his company took pains to be sure they got the job done right and to the satisfaction of his customer.

Luke does a great job. I’ve used him a few times now and he’s very good at communicating the scope of work and providing a clear upfront price. The work gets done and the yard gets cleaned up. I would definitely recommend him.

Fantastic experience this week w JLM. They removed a massive post oak that was right on my house. We got over 5 quotes and JLM had em all beat. Luke provided me with their insurance policy.

Luke at JLM was very responsive and professional. Jeremy and Michael showed up to the job on time and completed cutting four oak trees all in the same day. They stacked the wood and ensured prompt pick up for the rest of the tree removal. Cleaned up the yard when completed with the job! I could tell they take pride in their work and I couldn’t ask for a better job. Price was right as well. I would recommend them any time for any tree work!

I would recommend JLM Tree Services for all your tree cutting needs!!!! We have utilized them twice and been more satisfied with results than ever expected!!!! The 2nd job we contacted them on a Friday. They were at our home the very next day to remove a tree so that it wouldn’t delay our other project for an additional driveway installation the next week. The job was done promptly and fairly priced!!!!

The service I received was outstanding! I had made several calls trying to get this big dead tree cut down in my backyard and everyone was so pricey and I just couldn't afford it. The price that I paid was worth every penny!
Not only did the men cut the tree down they cleaned up all the debris and they cleaned off my roof.

The team did a great job in removing a Bradford Pear that was hanging over the house and over areas where vehicles are parked. They were very careful when cutting down the tree to be sure that they did not allow the branches to fall on the house or vehicles. Luke's team carried away all of the large chunks of wood that the City would not pick up. He was very professional and allowed me to choose any payment option I was comfortable with. He provided me with different price points for different levels of service and did not pressure me to make one decision or another. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs confidence in having trees taken care of or removed. Thanks JLM!

Luke and his team did an outstanding job. Removed 5 large trees, 3 smaller ones and raised the canopies on 2 others. They took extra precautions to ensure our home was safe during removal, did an extraordinary job cleaning up and hauled off all the debris. Great service, great price. I would highly recommend JLM and I will use them again.

Needed a trimming done on very short notice, called around and got a few quotes. Luke impressed me off the bat with his response time and professionalism and was fair priced. He came out and completed the job even sooner than expected and did a phenomenal job, even stacked all the branches at the curb neatly, not just thrown in a pile. Got with Luke to trim some trees for me. He was very helpful and reasonable. My project come with a extremely fast approaching deadline and I knew it was a long shot to get someone in so fast. I called Luke on a Thursday, he looked at it on the next day. Even after making a change in my plans and asking him to removed one entire tree, Luke accommodated and took care of it before my deadline. Would not recommend going anywhere else if I need something done again. Huge thank you for the hard work and dedication to taking care of this for me.

I called JLM tree service for a quote on my roof since my insurance company said they wouldn't cover it anymore. They walked me through my questions and helped me fix my roof without completely replacing the whole thing. I trust they have my best interest in mind and will be calling them for all future tree service and roofing needs.

Company was very professional. We had two large trees removed. One had a fence two feet away. If another storm with wind the fence and the powerline would go. JLM prices are very reasonable. If we need any tree work, this is the company we recommend and would use.

I got the creepiest text from these people this morning. Out of nowhere they texted me that they were in my neighborhood and wanted to write me a quote for tree service. It was the most off putting text to wake up to. I dont even know how they got my number or knew where I lived

They did a great job! Luke worked with me to find a day that worked for me. When they did start they were done in a couple days, I had two trees in my backyard removed and overhanging limbs cut. They took everything away and cleaned up well. It was a good price I would highly recommend them if you need trees dropped.

I called JLM to get a tall tree cut down as well as the stump grinded. JLM tree service quoted VERY fairly and the service was great! They also grinded another stump on my property that just so happened to be on a gas line. They had people come check out the gas lines to make sure everything was good, at no additional cost. Overall they did a great job and the price is something you won’t find anywhere else! I definitely recommend using them!

We need our tree trimmed for home insurance reasons and were on a timeline to get it done. Luke came out for a quote the next day and came to get the work done within a few business days. He gave us a great, competitive price. Very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We'll be using JLM again for tree services in the future!
