I’ve tried several times to contact them about a service and even emailed them to get ahold of them no answer or reply.

I have called every day for a week. They never answer the phone or call you back.

This is the BEST pool servicing team in Central Arkansas! They have the best prices, the best service, and always take care of us with whatever we need!

Set up an appointment window, technician never showed up, they didn’t respond to text nor answered our phone calls. I took off work anticipating the arrival of a tech but he was a no call/no show/no answer. Extremely disappointed and very unprofessional on their part.

Natural State has been wonderful to work with. They are responsive and problem solve when an issue arises with our pool. Highly recommend!

Nichole was very responsive and scheduled us for a pump repair in a timely manner. Alex was thorough and knowledgeable in replacing our pump. We look forward to using their services again.

They did ok last year installing a new pump. But now the pump stopped working and they seem to only have 3 employees. Ones on vacation and no one can start our warranty exchange for days. They don't seem to care and even had attitude about it.

I hate leaving ugly reviews, but I would also hate it even more if something like this happens to another person. I feel like we have been scammed by Natural State Pool and Spa after reading other people's reviews and realizing that we are not the only people who have been completely ghosted after paying in full. My husband and I paid for services in full over 3 weeks ago now, only for nobody to ever show up or contact us. We have called, texted, emailed, and sent a direct messages on facebook with no reply. There is not even a physical office location that I can find to stop by to talk to a person. We have reported this to our home warranty company that assigned them to us, and they have not had any luck getting in contact with anybody either. Super frustrating.

Edit to add: Our warranty company finally got in contact with Natural State after several attempts, only to be told excuse after excuse. The owner reached out to me via Facebook stating that I am "a warranty customer NOT a direct pay customer" meaning we are not priority, even though we did pay directly out of pocket over $500 of what our warranty could not cover. So to sum up this review, I am speechless at how we have been treated. 0/10 would not recommend.

I wasted this past month waiting for this company to show up and open my outdoor inground pool. They rescheduled 3 previous times only after I spent days trying to reach them. We had to resort to calling from different phone numbers to get them to answer. Today was the last straw. They didn't show up as promised again today and once again tried to reschedule for next week. Their initial excuses when you could reach them was staffing issues. We have tried to be understanding and patient. But, after a while enough is enough. They are unprofessional and ghost you. If I could give Zero Stars I would.

Truly incredible service, and very reasonable prices. The day I called they sent Bobby out to diagnose our broken spa, and although they didn't have the part they needed on-hand, they gave me a substitute part in the mean time, and as soon as the manufacturer's part arrived in the mail, Bobby was back again to install it. These guys are truly great at what they do and will be the first company I call for all my spa's needs in the future.

I had a pipe for my pool burst and they gave me nothing but the best service, called me immediately and gave me their undivided attention until my issue was resolved. They are professional and very knowledgeable with what they do. I 100% recommend them.

We developed a relationship with this company when our pool pump went out and our home warranty company sent them to help. Very professional but also very personal. They take care of their customers like family. They took care of our pump need plus helped us understand our entire pool system better. We have actually continued to use them for weekly chemical checks because they are super reasonable. Highly recommend!

People need to understand that pool businesses are BUSY in the summer. Someone that has owned a pool for years understands this.
These folks truly care about their customers, and do their best to go out of their way for minor pool equipment repairs. The owner showed up at my home at 7:30 PM on a Friday to replace a salt chlorinator. He didn't have to do that, but he did. Is he always available to do that? No, he's not. But you can bet that he'll try.
We've had noting but the best experience with the Natural State pool crew.
We've used them for personal repairs/service, as well as through our home warranty.
They will see your service order through, and are happy when you're happy.

For new pool owners, get smart about pool chemistry. Kill phosphates in the spring. Get a salt water chlorinator. Shock once every week to 10 days depending on use.

Terrible service! We recently purchased a house and were referred to this company by the sellers due to the great service they had provided them in the time they lived here. The owner of the company agreed to come give us a tutorial on the equipment to get us started. After 2 months of unanswered texts and inability to schedule a date, we still have not had a visit from any employee, let alone the owner. I am not one to write reviews good or bad, but don't appreciate getting the run around. As a new pool owner, this is vital information that could have saved me money. If they did not have the time, they could have referred us to another company at the very least.

Very nice and professional! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for hot tub services. Our hot tub (came with newly purchased house) is pretty old and instead of nickel and diming us, they told us the truth and to not waste anymore money on it. Kudos to Nichole, Kim, and Bobby for being extremely courteous , helpful, and professional!

This is our first year using Natural State Pool and Spa and we couldn't be happier. We called them out to open our pool and was devastated when it was green but they told us not to worry that everything was going to be okay. Not only did they turn our pool back to blue (yay) they also told us how that happens and now we know what to do differently for next year. We also do the weekly cleaning services and Jacob (our guy) is awesome. He calls/texts when he has questions and educates me when I don't know something. He has been wonderful. Everyone I've talked to at Natural State Pool and Spa has been super polite and super sweet since day one. As customers we are going nowhere.

These guys are awesome! Nicole handled everything in the office made sure we got the right parts and when replacing my salt cell noticed my motor going out and took care of contacting warranty company and getting everything done. They are all very friendly, professional and answered any question I had. I’ll be a life long customer and will always recommend them.

I was assigned them by my home warranty company to fix my pool heater and could not have been more pleased with the service. Bobby was AMAZING. They scheduled promptly, he followed up quickly, and tirelessly answered my questions. I was able to not only resolve my issue, but gain valuable insight into other problem areas I was experiencing with my pool. Bobby communicated clearly, was very knowledgeable, and was overall a very kind person. It was absolutely a joy to have had him out for this fix. Highly recommend!
