Unreal. Guy appear high or drunk when we call. Talk non stop. Would not let us get a word in. When I forcibly interrupted and told him I just wanted a price to run 150 feet if snake through our drain he had the balls to raise his voice to me

I had a bad backup at my home. I called Brandon at 8pm, he was nothing but helpful. He told me what to try, who to call at the city to try and get my lines flushed. Great guy should be your first call!!!

Brandon can repair and install all your needs all at a very reasonable price. He has fixed a main water line leak, installed plumbing for a washer/dryer unit, fixed and repaired pipes and water valves, installed and fixed faucets, and unclogged our sewer line. He’s always very fast and efficient at showing up when you have an emergency and always does a great job!

Within 20 minutes of my initial call on a Saturday, Brandon arrived and was extremely friendly. He was prepared to address our situation while putting his weekend plans on hold. He worked quickly, but also took the time to explain to us what he was doing. He also offered tips on what we can do to prevent this situation from happening in the future. He has earned our respect, and will definitely be our 1st to call whenever we need plumbing assistance.

We had the hardest time getting a plumber to come out and fix our slab leak but Brandon and his crew showed up and showed out. We appreciate them so much. We highly recommend him and his crew and we will be calling again for any issues we have.

Anyone looking for a great company to do business with then Brandon Edward's is the guy. He came out on his day off to point me in the right direction on a water leak I had on my main incoming water line and helped save me alot of money by telling me what I needed to make the repairs myself. He even took the time to go to the parts store with me to get what i needed. Upstanding guy. Very knowledgeable and very professional.

Despite having a back load of a schedule due to the vast number of customers affected by the freezing temperatures, they squeezed me in and had my issue fixed within minutes!!! …And…wouldn’t let me pay them since it took a while to get to me! But we shook hands on him coming back and re-plumbing some pipes and replacing some fixtures when he has time! Highly recommended! These are good people!!!

I called and talked to Brandon and he told me exactly what to do to unclog my pipe. He possibly save me from spending $1000s. I would recommend anybody that have any plumbing problems to give them a call FIRST. Fast, friendly and and very honest people.

Called Brandon about our water heater not working. He offered to help us troubleshoot over the phone, and my husband fixed the issue quickly with his guidance. He could have easily charged us to come out, but did not, and now we have hot water again! Thank you!

Called Brandon at Drain Pro after finding leaks in drain and water lines for the only bathroom in the home. He was booked for the next several days—then I overheard him ask his work team if they would work overtime on the weekend to help us out. With no hesitation, they responded “yes.” Drain Pro was at the home the next evening and provided information regarding the leaks and what it would cost to repair. The price was very fair. Brandon was dealing with very old pipes in an uncomfortable crawl space. He and his team did an amazing job fixing the pipes, including additional leaks that I wasn’t aware of. 5+ stars on quality of work, price, and professionalism. Brandon Edwards at Drain Pro will be my first call for any plumbing needs we have in the future. Most responsive, courteous, hard working plumber I’ve ever met and at a very fair price!

I called him at 2am and he picked up. Came the next afternoon. Now what had to be done he couldn't fix because it ran off my property but he walked me through the entire process and helped me find who I needed to to get it fix. He is the only plumber we will ever use again!

Had to call again for a new problem. This man and his crew came out again in a timely manner. Didn't charge much at all. Very friendly and respectful. Walked me through the process and talked to the water company. They are the only plumber that will come out to Lake City Arkansas. 10/10. Will call every time I have a plumbing problem!

Brandon and Cory both came out late at night to resolve a drainage issue in my house that we were trying to move back into.

These guys were quick, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job. Would highly recommend them to anyone that has a plumbing issue.

Wow I am amazed at the courtesy, professional , and expert service I received from Mr Brandon and his apprentice. He came in and discussed in specific details what the issues were with my toilets and shower. He explained how wastes go down along the pipes as well as the internal workings of a toilet. He with his expertise check things out very thoroughly!!!! I appreciate all that he came to do to correct the issues that I was having. He also let me that that if I have any issues to call him. He was professional and friendly as was his apprentice. I highly recommend him!!!!

They came out to look at my leaking water heater and gave me advice on how to prevent it from happening in the future.

Update on my review from 1 month ago. We called DrainPro on Saturday 10/9/21 and needed him to repair another leak we believe was related to the leak he previously fixed for us. He stated he was backed up with no help and he could come out Monday. Monday came and we called him, he said Tuesday. Tuesday became Wednesday and Wednesday became Thursday. Almost a week without water and a 1 year old at home. He called my husband Thursday and left a voice-mail saying he was tired and going on vacation and wouldn't be able to fix our leak. We live in Harrisburg and are limited to who will come from surrounding areas to service us. So far we're having a very hard time finding someone to come out. Only reason I dropped to 2 stars instead of 1 is because our past experiences with him were exceptional!

(1 month ago review) Brandon has come to our house twice now to fix 2 separate plumbing issues and I'll never use anyone else! His prices are reasonable and he's extremely professional. I highly recommend him and his apprentice (Hunter I think was his name)!

Use this service today for an issue with water pressure in bath tub. They were able to fix my issue plus correct 6 other issues the remodel crew messed up. If you want the job done right give them a call. They are the best.

Brandon is the absolute best plumber . His rates are very reasonable, he backs up his work and when he says he will be there he’s there! I have never had to sit and wait for him to show up . Give him a call !
