Wow I am amazed at the courtesy, professional , and expert service I received from Mr Brandon and his apprentice. He came in and discussed in specific details what the issues were with my toilets and shower. He explained how wastes go down along the pipes as well as the internal workings of a toilet. He with his expertise check things out very thoroughly!!!! I appreciate all that he came to do to correct the issues that I was having. He also let me that that if I have any issues to call him. He was professional and friendly as was his apprentice. I highly recommend him!!!!

They came out to look at my leaking water heater and gave me advice on how to prevent it from happening in the future.

Update on my review from 1 month ago. We called DrainPro on Saturday 10/9/21 and needed him to repair another leak we believe was related to the leak he previously fixed for us. He stated he was backed up with no help and he could come out Monday. Monday came and we called him, he said Tuesday. Tuesday became Wednesday and Wednesday became Thursday. Almost a week without water and a 1 year old at home. He called my husband Thursday and left a voice-mail saying he was tired and going on vacation and wouldn't be able to fix our leak. We live in Harrisburg and are limited to who will come from surrounding areas to service us. So far we're having a very hard time finding someone to come out. Only reason I dropped to 2 stars instead of 1 is because our past experiences with him were exceptional!

(1 month ago review) Brandon has come to our house twice now to fix 2 separate plumbing issues and I'll never use anyone else! His prices are reasonable and he's extremely professional. I highly recommend him and his apprentice (Hunter I think was his name)!

Use this service today for an issue with water pressure in bath tub. They were able to fix my issue plus correct 6 other issues the remodel crew messed up. If you want the job done right give them a call. They are the best.

Brandon is the absolute best plumber . His rates are very reasonable, he backs up his work and when he says he will be there he’s there! I have never had to sit and wait for him to show up . Give him a call !

I can’t express how great of a service he provided, I had a slab/foundation leak, where the pipe was busted and leaked water onto our floor, he had all the tools for the job. Told me he would be here on a Tuesday, and got the job done the same day. Very helpful and true! Very reasonable prices!

Brandon is the owner and always answers the phone. His willingness to further your knowledge on your homes plumbing is one of the biggest reason I can not wait to have him working on our home. Had a hot water issue in walk-in shower... this Man Brandon E. is an absolute Pro. Over the phone He instructed Me how to resolve problem, and it worked. Imagine That ! I had a fitting busted due to years of being installed from building the house 28 years ago I called today and it was fixed within the hour of them coming today. Great job they did, I gave a 5 star review. I am so proud I called them. I will call again if I need a plumber. Thanks Doris

Pipe burst due to being on outside wall in super cold weather. Brandon came out quickly and fixed it perfectly. Even got hot water to my washing machine that I haven’t had in a while. All while fielding a ton of calls from other customers with issues and promising them he’d do whatever it took to get them back to normal asap! Price was very reasonable and they were super friendly and professional! Definitely recommend and will use if I have any other problems in the future!

Me and my cousin had a stopped up kitchen sink for almost a week. After calling and calling several different services I stumbled upon DrainPro. In short, it's the best stumble I've ever made. Mr. Edward's and his apprentice fixed my water heater in 30 min when his competitor couldn't even do anything but tell me it was fired. I'm so thankful for them because they got the hot water fixed. He will always be my plumber.

Had a leak and he came over in 40 degree weather and in the rain and got it fixed within an hour! Great service would highly recommend! Edit: after spending 10 grand to have pipes redone that was our first leak. Months later I noticed my water and gas bill was running $500. I figured out it had to be a hot water line had busted again. I tried for months to get him to come out. In the mean time I turned off the hot water heater and shut the water off to our house. Every time I would get ahold of him he would say he would be out that weekend and would never show. And each time he kept saying a critter had to chew the line and he wasn’t liable even tho as he was fixing the first leak he stated that the boys that were working for him did a shotty job. The last time I talked to him after months of trying to get him to come out he stated that the year protection was up and I told him it wasn’t when I tried to get him to come out when I noticed we had to have another leak. We are still not able to use hot water bc it leaks faster than it can heat up. So in order to take a bath we have to boil pots of water. I thought he would actually do the right thing and come fix it but all we did was get into an argument over it.. I didn’t want to leave this on his review bc in the past he didn’t seem like he would do this but I knew I needed to so it doesn’t happen to anybody else..

Call this gentlemen that was very knowledgeable, explain my situation and was on top of it quicker than a squirrel getting nuts for winter. I appreciate the service you gave me bub. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

Mr Edward's came out to fix my washer drain. He was very fast and professional! Very reasonable rates! Both him and the guy helping him were very friendly! I'd definitely recommend his business to anyone!
