Constraction reviews in Vilonia, Arkansas

Total scam artist. He still owes us 12000. Has yet to pay a year later. Bad businessman if you want to call him that. You still have not attempted to pay the remaining balance.

Crook, poor quality, over budget. Never finished anything on time. Hard to talk to, very defensive.

Superior contracting made our lives so easy! super thankful for them!!

Had a great experience with Al and Amy! They helped me out from start to finish, I recommend using them!

I had the pleasure of doing business with Al in Texas.Very professional and friendly.Give them a try great people. Thanks

You do not want to do business with Al. He Con’s his way through the whole building process to make the most money possible without paying any of his vendors. He has done 5,7 and us at 9 Lexi totally wrong. Please do not do business with them.

Top notch construction company. They do great work! Complete remodel of an office. Highly recommend and will have them do all of our future projects

Al and his team are amazing!! They were quick and amazing when needed for a job! 20 out of 10 will recommend over and over.

Superior was great to us! Really good at communicating and making sure we were satisfied! Definitely would use them again!

Very knowledgeable and trustworthy crew which was very helpful to someone who’s knew to this realm. I’ve used them on multiple major rehabs now and I am always more than pleased with the results. I also feel that they are very competitively priced for the expertise they bring to the table.

We've been working with Superior as a subcontractor for a number of months, and they also do some interior work for us. Its been a great experience taking care of customers and working through homeowner and investor needs here in Central Arkansas. We look forward to continuing the relationship.

I had my house built in 2021, and I decided to hire a contractor. I was little hesitant on who to choose because a lot of people that were referred to were way over my budget. Thankfully I found Superior Contracting who made this a seamless process from start to finish. One of the reasons is was so seamless was because they always kept me in the loop on progress. Another reason is how they gave me cost comparisons to save me money. I thoroughly enjoyed the process of working with them and recommend anyone else to do the same.

Worked with Al and his crew on a remodel project we had as a result of a complex insurance claim. I felt as though the entire process was as painless as it could be. The team at Superior was extremely transparent and did an outstanding job of communicating every step of the process. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were fully satisfied and that no stones were left unturned. I would highly recommend this team for any project you’re considering having done.

Superior Contracting did a superb job renovating and remodeling my ENTIRE house! From the tile, hardwood, drywall, and ceilings, it is absolutely immaculate. I would recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is excellent. Ask to speak to Al Franks. He will shoot you straight with great pricing and get it done! ✅

I bought a 5 acre property the was very wooded and needed developed to start my new construction. I called multiple contractors and they never seemed to answer the phone twice. I found Superior Contracting and Development and they had such great communication and effort from the start up I knew they were the company I should hire to build my dream home. They not only gave me a quick and accurate quote but also helped me design my entire home and directed me in ways to make my house plans better. The entire time I sat back and watched my dream home get built. They kept the area clean constantly and always communicated with me when problems came up. The contractors they have working for them are very friendly and do fantastic work, I haven't once worried about foundation or structural issues.
After the build there was only minor problems such as a door not closing properly and one receptacle not functioning, but they came out immediately and fixed the issue. I highly recommend this company.
