I called the day after Christmas at 4pm abour a stopped up toilet. I immediately got a response and Brodie was at my house in 30 minutes. It wasn't just a stopped up toilet he had to do multiple things to solve the issue. He was profesional, courteous and he explained the problem. I would definately recommend SOS for all of your plumbing issues.

I had a water leak that was messing up the flooring in the hallway. Brodie came by and found the problem and gave me recommendations to address it. He did an excellent job of showing me what was going on, and I highly recommend him.

Brodie was very informative and professional. He saved us a lot of time and energy! And his pricing was reasonable compared to other companies we had looked in to for a late night service call.

Update:
It was barely a week later and we had a pretty serious gas leak late at night in the kitchen. Brody showed up about 20 minutes after calling. Again he saved the day as we were all freaking out over the smell. Turns out the valve itself was bad and gas was entering our home. It's such a relief knowing there is a company out there that cares enough, night or day, to quickly come to your home and help in these stressful situations. A+

Called S.O.S. Plumbing when suddenly water was flowing out of my walls. Obviously I was horrified, and started dialing the first people that came up on Google. None of them seemed too concerned and said next week someone would come out. Thank goodness I found S.O.S. The kind woman who answered (I'm sorry I don't remember her name as I was in a bit of a panic) was super caring and got back with me immediately.

Brody was at my home not 15 minutes later and diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Brody was a really cool guy, very polite and knowledgeable.

I found my plumbing company, and I recommend you call them for any of your needs as well. There's no time to mess around with a leak in your walls and this company takes care of you.

Excellent service. I'm thankful that the plumbers I called first didn't answer their phones. SOS was there to help us get the clog out and get our house back on track. Brodie was quick to show up and went straight to work. Not only did he get the job done, but he also helped me understand what I could do myself next time before calling in the professionals. For a Saturday evening emergency, the price was very reasonable. From this point forward, I will call SOS first for any plumbing needs.

I called SOS for an urgent leak fix. They were busy but held an appointment for me in case none of the plumbers on the list they sent could get to me sooner. Nice folks !

Service request was to replace water valve, quote evidently did not include the parts (valve). Then left the old valve on the ground by the house, which is double trouble. Not only not cleaning behind service, but left a lawn mower hazard.
