We had a crack at the base of our driveway. Contacted a company who took a month to give us a quote and we're waiting for them to come back for work with no ETA. Tired of waiting we called Setco and Thomas was out for a quote in two days, and the work was completed the following week...all without hearing from the other company. We thank Setco for their time, promptness and quality work. Would recommend to anyone needing work.

Professional and reliable from start to finish! We needed a driveway excavated & paved as part of our home addition. Tom happened to be available to pave once we had it graded. The contractor we had for this job kept delaying for close to 2 months. THANKFULLY, Tom agreed to take on the entire job after all that time wasted.

Tom and his crew came out and made our new driveway exactly to the drawings for our basement garage in one day. I appreciated how they took time complete the job and prevent any accidental damage to our addition. The next day, not only did they pave the new driveway - they took up our other driveway and paved that one, as well. Both of them came out fabulous.

My only regret? Not hiring him sooner to complete the job.
Out of every contractor that has come to work on our home over the last few months - SETCO was the first who did the job exactly how it needed to be done AND left no messes behind for us to clean up.

Setco did a fabulous job at our house. Thomas responded quickly to my inquiry and began work sooner than I thought possible. We had sod put down in the back yard and not only did they prep the ground, they removed an old playset, many large rocks, a huge homemade firepit (from a previous owner), and lits of wood debris. The yard looks great and we couldn’t be happier. As soon as we get an approved permit from the township we look forward to having Setco install a paver parking pad in the front yard. I highly recommend Setco.

Setco did a great job from the start. I was given an honest estimate with what work was required and was not pressured into doing more than required. They took time to answer my questions so we could make an informed decision about the project. On the day of the project they were very thorough and clean. Finished driveway looks great.

Thom surprisingly began work the same day I ordered the job. He explained all the options to do the job and recommended me the best. The job was done the same day, at my complete satisfaction and the price was right. The team did more than I was expecting. Thank you Thom. I really appreciate the job and the affordable payment. Amazing guy.

Tom & his crew replaced concrete driveway w/pavers, did concrete work on porch & re/built side yard walkway & steps w/pavers. Huge job done professionally with high quality materials.

I hired Tom to repave my driveway. He is an honest person with very reasonable price and did a good job for me. It's over 100 feet long and he dug all the old driveway and repaved. His team even did some extra work for me to level my back yard. I highly recommend this company. Actually I have referred one of my neighbor to Tom. I have another house need a driveway in the next couple of month and I will definitely call him.

Thomas is an excellent partner for designing and installing driveways. He takes time to understand owner preferences and any underlying structural issues. He was on site, paying attention to every detail, for the duration of the project. We are very satisfied with the final result, and highly recommend Setco/Thomas. I'll definitely be calling Setco for any future concrete/asphalt or landscaping projects

My experience was EVERYTHING i'd could ask for from start to finish. Tom was knowledgeable, friendly, easy to work with, reliable, efficient and highly qualified. My paving was done in no time. Thanks to his staff and Tom's direction. I'm completely happy with my new drive way.

Tom’s expertise and service was commendable. He arrived before 7 am everyday of our 4 day retaining wall and asphalt project. He and Oscar worked hard and accommodated every request we made of them. They exceeded our expectations. Even our neighbors are impressed. We will certainly hire Setco Paving and Landscaping again for all of outdoor maintenance needs.

Tom met my husband to review the
work requested and provided us with his quote, insurance, and license information. His input and
knowledge in the asphalt paving business is A+.

Based on reading all the goggle reviews, the quoted price was reasonable, and my husband felt very comfortable when he met Tom, we hired him to pave our driveway.

Tom arrived around 8:00 AM, with plenty of manpower and power equipment. Job was completed around 3:30 PM. His crew thoroughly cleaned up after the job was completed.

We are very happy with our new asphalt driveway, and we would highly recommend Tom and his company.

Tom from Setco Paving did a great job with our driveway! He was prompt, communicative, and professional. Literally, the only person we hired to do work on our property and actually did what he said when he said he would. Would highly recommend and will use Setco again for some of our future jobs.

Tom went above and beyond explaining the process and after care as well as answering all my questions during the consultation/quote. Not like other contractors that think because you are a women you are clueless. Tom and crew replaced my driveway today and did a phenomenal job. They were very professional and detailed oriented. The price was also fair for the quality of the work. I highly recommend Setco and will be hiring Setco again next year to seal my driveway.

Mark and crew did a very nice job repaving our common driveway. They got the job done one day ahead of schedule. There were 7 houses impacted and Mark handled any special requests without a problem. My only complaint, the bid did not indicate that Pioneer does not supply water to the project. We live in a city where the water is very expensive. I would have negotiated a better rate had I known that fact. Also his berms were not as good as I had hoped they would be. He doesn’t have the equipment to make a uniform shaped berm.

They blocked in my entire neighborhood and did not allow me to proceed to my home which I own. They made the process very difficult and every one of their staff was incredibly rude. Will never recommend this company to anyone.

They did a great job communicating with me on what was going on in my neighborhood so I could leave for work on time. I am very grateful of their hard work because my road needed some repairs bad!! They did a great job!

I was treated horribly by the crew and foreman when I attempted to go home after work. They had micro sealed a side road off of the road I turned on, stopped me, and started being incredibly rude off of the bat, then they got their forman over and things only escalated. Between being yelled at, the names, my window being banged on (I got tired of being treated horribly when I just wanted to park ANYWHERE and go home, at that point but they had BLOCKED me in!!!!) and told that if I were to drive on the stuff my car could be damaged and the forman was "sure you cant afford to fix that"!!! And him threatening to "call johnny law" if I didnt roll my window down, Im sorry I WOULD NEVER have this company do anything my name was tied to! Or EVER do business with a company that has that foreman (name wont be mentioned here).

They were re-sealing the roads in my neighborhood, and I must admit they were the MOST courteous road crew employees I've ever encountered. They even let me in to my driveway even though it had been blocked off. It was 85+ degrees out there with zero shade, but these guys were fantastic!

The worst construction work I have ever seen. They stated that they
would cover the road with concrete from grass to grass but they left a
empty gap 2 feet from my lawn. I pointed out the problem, but the
manager refused to recognize and even discuss the problem. If there is
the option of zero star, I would like to give them 0 stars.

Josie McFall, Traffic Control Supervisor; horrible with communication asked how to get to our house she was incompetent and had no solutions, then told project manager Tim, "don't talk to them nothing you will say will make them happy"... kyle (flagger) was well lets just say he was having a really bad day; meanwhile the police dept was contacting them saying they cannot do what they were currently doing... Clint.. who ever the hell his title was, awesome guy and the rest of the traffic control team, they were good.. and at that point listened to me vent about the rest of the unprofessionals. Work appeared to be good quality but the unlawfull obstruction to enter dwelling unit was comical and apparently the police dept thought so as well.
