Jashawn, Carl, Peyton, Justin and Cory were all very professional,
and conscientious about doing a job beyond the allotted five stars allowed to choose from. They worked from start to finish and left my home looking beautiful with a blue ribbon showmanship. I would recommend these guys and your company to all my family and friends if they were in need of your services.

We highly recommend West Shore Home. From Sam’s first initial visit explaining products, installation process and cost, we were very impressed. A remodel date/time was scheduled and employees arrived timely. Steve and team quickly began the remodel process and we could not have been more pleased. Steve, Cuffee and John are so friendly, knowledgeable and professional in every aspect. We will certainly use West Shore Home in the future and request Sam and Steve to assist us with the project.

These guys were awesome to work with and did a fantastic job on our two new showers! Chris, Peyton, Carl, and Richard remodeled both of our showers in one day and were fast, kind, respectful, and did quality work. They are awesome at what they do and we are very happy with the results. It’s nice to work with a good company and an awesome crew! West Shore Home hires great people. Highly recommend them for any bathroom remodeling work you need!! I’ll definitely be calling them back for any future remodeling work!

This review is just for the lead worker, Carl,!and the 2nd lead worker, Jayshawn. It is not a review about West Shore Home Bath remodeling. Carl and Jayshawn showed up on time and were professional, knowledgeable and personable. They worked non-stop from 9am until 7pm even when the snow storm was moving in. They can be trusted and stayed and worked until the job was finished. The issues I have are with West Shore Home Bath management, not these two very hard and diligent workers. They did everything that was expected and went above and beyond to get my bath remodeled in one day. I will follow up with management on issues they had no say in or no control over. Thank you Carl and Jayshawn for all you did knowing you left my house at 7pm and had to get home prior to the snowstorm moving in that night. You both deserve raises for your efforts. I appreciated your hard work and staying until the job was completed without taking a break!

Frank was on time, did a nice job installing the water shut offs for our shower. He layed down towels in the work area and left everything clean when he was done. He is a friendly, respectful person. I would recommend West Shore for your new shower. Tell them I said so.

My experience is as follows
They were on time very professional knowledgeable courteous. They explained everything that they were going to do. Hard working men Darias S. and Mashaun M.
They laid the drop cloths down and left the place clean. If l had my own company would hire them hard working men and committed and take pride in their work keep up the good work hard work does pay off.

Had my sliding door replaced by Ashton f and Dondrail G. Excellent crew did a fine job and really explained the process very well.

Axel B, Jamar A, Austin P, Alex N, Peyton S these guys showed up at my house and went straight to work. I had 12 windows to replace. In 4 hours the old windows had been taken out and replaced and all the trim put on and they were ready to leave. These five guys were very respectful and courteous. They cleaned all the debris up and took it with them. They are definitely very hard workers. I would highly recommend West Shore Homes and these installers. Before and after pictures attached. Just look at how good those new windows look!

When Renewal by Anderson said the couldn’t do it because of the size, we called West Shore Homes and they came out and measured and said they could do it. Not a problem. Thank you Frank for tightening things up in 1 and 2nd bathrooms. Very pleasant person to talk with, took his time to correct the issues. He is very knowledgeable of the job and he displays excellent quality. I am very pleased with the repair but dis appointed about the style of the shower doors because of their design when cleaning water comes out onto my floor. thanks Westshore but y’all need to consider a different product of shower doors. Other than that staff is pleasure and welling to try. Thanks

Service Tech Frank Scofield came to our house today to repair shower caulk that had worked its way loose. He was prompt, courteous and did a thorough job re-caulking the base of our shower.
West Shore Homes is top notch in customer service and quality!

I’m rating work that had to be redone on my windows. The installation team did a horrible job! 2 windows were crooked, weather stripping was damaged because they closed on the windows without properly installing them, ALL of the outside metal frame was done unprofessionally! The silicone was noticeable and smeared all over, the frame was sticking out and looked like it was going to fall apart..
I called to get them ALL redone and THANKFULLY they sent a professional, Adam A and his team came by twice to get everything redone and fixed! I was shocked to see how well my windows look now!

I wish west shore would pay more attention and send out professionals to get the job done. We are paying a lot of money to have crappy work done on our house

We engaged Westshore to redo a guest bathroom and install a set of French doors. We couldn’t be happier with the way everything turned out. Their crew was very professional, and paid attention to every detail. Highly recommend!

We've done business with West Shore Home in the past. We were really appreciated the work so when it came time to replace windows the only company we considered was West Shore.
These employees were polite professional and really went out of their way to accommodate our needs the windows are great I want to thank this whole team Michael J., Garrett M., Dondrail,G . Jaylin, W. , Steve G., Excel S. I highly recommend them all. The whole team including all the employees of West Shore were spot on with our best interest at heart. The work was completed on time and in January which can be very cold in NC. This is one company we will return to for future work

We had two new doors put into our home. The experience from start to finish was great. Our salesman, Sam, took care of us when we were making the decision to replace the doors. When it was finally time to install, Adelaide, Anthony, and Jamar were so professional. They took the time to access the doors and areas around the doors before the installation. They kept everything neat and tidy. When they were finished, they cleaned up like they were never there. Adelaido explained to us everything he did and made sure we knew how everything worked before leaving. We will definitely use West Shore Homes when it's time to replace our windows!

The entire process was painless. Our sales representative, Jon N was personable and informative of the entire process. On installation day Malachi B and Justin B did and excellence job. Malachi was very engaging and Justin's smile lit up when we said we liked the results. I highly recommend West Shore Home for bathroom remodeling.

Excellent work and all in one day! The sales rep said it might take 2 or 3 days since our garden tub shower conversion was so different than the normal. They also relocated all the plumbing for the new shower. Malachi .B, and Kenova. C worked hard all day and finished, even cleaning! I was amazed at all they did in one day. And what's even better...my wife was also pleased and loves her new shower. The guys were extremely polite and kept us informed the whole way. Thanks West Shore for sending such competent workers. Our new shower looks great!

2/6/2026: West Shore Home removed my bathtub today and replaced it with a walk in shower. I am 100% satisfied with the job done by Ismael and Cameron. They went above and beyond and got the job done in a timely manner and were very polite, knowledgeable, and courtesy. I give them an A++ rating. Thank you West Shore Home and also a big thank you to Ismael and Cameron. I will recommend you all to my family and friends. Job well done guys!!!

West Shore Homes is the best. I love my new shower. I want to give a high five to Justin Balsamo, Austin Coffee,and Corey Blackwell. They were great.
