What a great tub! My tub purchase and install went about as well as any project could. I decided on an Ella tub. Ella is by far the best tub in my opinion!
I contacted Fox Valley home services to discuss the project. Nick, the owner, and Autumn, the Director of operations, are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Interestingly, I completed all discussions and contract completion via FaceTime as I was away for the winter. Viva technology!
The Fox Valley home services installation crew arrived at the appointed date and time and commenced work. The crew was very professional, friendly and proficient. They removed the existing soaking tub, replaced existing plumbing and added an electrical line for the new Ella tub— all in one day. They obviously had done this before and they did it in a masterful way. Next day, the Onyx was installed around the tub to beautify the job. And every day since, we have been enjoying our wonderful therapeutic spa!

Fox Valley Home Services by far has exceeded my expectations.
I generally wait to post about a product or service provider. This so I can objectively assess their service after placement of product.
I had (2) bathrooms completely remodeled, not only was the product perfect, but the aftercare of service is in a league by itself!!!!! EXCEPTIONAL.
Between, the owner checking in, Rick the Field Supervisor and Autumn in the Operations completely responding courteously to my few questions post install….. This is a FIRST RATE company to put your $ in and know you’ll be an important part in product satisfaction and service delivery..

I recently had Fox Valley Home Services replace our old shower with one of their sleek new showers. What a difference. It's beautiful! Paul and Napo came out on a Monday for the demolition and prep work. Paul finished up the final touches on Tuesday. These guys were great and very professional and courteous. My wife hated the old shower. She's elated now that the new one is in. I would recommend these guys without hesitation. Great company to work with.

Rodas MC did a fantastic job detailing my boat. They are experts in what they do and very professionals. The contracting was easy, execution flawless and results beyond expectation. I do recommend them and will hire them again.

Carlos and his crew did a top notch job on preparing my condo for sale. He did excellent work reflooring/carpeting, as well as painting and went above and beyond to take care of the little details that make a big difference. I cannot begin to say how Thankful I am that my husband found Carlos. He did a complete remodel for two bathrooms in our home. I feel like I am a different house. Carlos is extremely PROFESSIONAL & CONSIDERATE. We had two estimates from other home remodeling companies. We weren't going to receive nowhere what Carlos did. I cannot see using other contactor for future projects. Carlos has become more than a contractor, we consider him a good friend and wishes him much much success with his talents and craft!!!!! We are forever grateful

Found them on HomeAdvisor, had to call them after they'd already missed my first appointment to be told that the tech "doesn't work today" (then why was the date/time available on HomeAdvisor?). I had to call again when the tech failed to show up for the second appointment; this time the excuse was that the email regarding my appointment was sent to his spam. I stopped trying to schedule appointments with them when they failed to show up for the third rescheduled appointment. Have a little integrity and do what you say you're going to do! This behavior just confirms and strengthens consumer lack of faith in the contractor field, which is a shame for those that actually do their jobs with honesty and integrity.

The tub is beautiful. This is the second one we have had done. The second one was left with us needing to go to ACE hardware to find a stopper and a plate to fit above it (not sure of its purpose but has an ugly hole until we find the right plate. You will NOT be disappointed in the tub but may find yourself making more than one trip to ACE hardware to fine the replacement parts that fit your tub. In our case, we also have to find a way to drill out a screw that broke off when the place was removed. So need to figure that out before finding the plate. I did not plan on that work.

Miracle Method resurfaced my 1980's ceramic bathtub & white tile. They made it look like NEW at a reasonable cost! The technician was very professional & knew his craft! Love the results!! Betty

Installed Easy Step and refinished the tub and tile surround. The tub's appearance is improved and the placement of Easy Step is just right. The installation was messy due to no plastic draping placed to protect the bathroom walls from the fine black dust created by cutting cast iron bathtub. For future customers, would recommend completely covering walls and floor when cutting cast iron tubs.

I requested a quote to fix crack in my shower. Young lady said send address and pics. She said she would text me quote. I waited all day then called back and she had to look up my phone number. Then asked what I was wanting I replied with a text. It's been over a week and no word from them. No quote,no reply, nothing! I would expect at least a courtesy call or even a text saying they cant help me from a 4.8 star rating on google!! Thanks google!!

Thanks for finally replying! I did not receive any follow up from you or your office manager. My house is 43 minutes from your business. Why would you ask for my address if you did not check where it is? If a 43 minute drive is too far for you to help a customer no matter how small the job wow! I requested repair and resurface the tub! Please look it up. I will not change my rating. I wish your business the best and Happy Holidays!!
