We needed our primary bathroom redone and we are so happy we went with Chapman Custom Baths. The crew did an amazing job and always cleaned up after. It was done in eight days like they originally said. We love our new bathroom!

Requested a quote from Chapman Custom Baths in early December 2023 for 2 bath remodels. Design was conducted by Julie and she was very helpful and patient during our consultation and provided many excellent options. We agreed to the contract and materials were ordered. Construction began in late February with a 2 week estimate for time of completion. Installers Gary, Brian and Matt got right to work on the installations and were exceptional in workmanship. They consulted me during the process and kept me in the loop on what they were completing. Each day they cleaned up before leaving. Overall my wife Nancy and I were very pleased with the quality of materials, workmanship and ease in doing business with Chapman. We highly recommend them for any bathroom remodeling needs and would definitely use them again!. Five ⭐️’s!

Steve and Rick as well as the dry wall crew were outstanding. Steve gave me timely updates on the status of the project, where they were, what was next, etc. Everything was done on time and the workmanship was outstanding. They also kept everything very clean despite the fact they had to tear up my bathroom. If I could give them six stars I would! Highly recommend Chapman and this crew.

We recently had our fiberglass shower replaced with a custom shower. Working with Chapman was a GREAT experience. Starting with Jon Chapman doing our estimate to Julie helping with the design to Brian, Gary and Daniel doing the installation. All aspects of this project was done very professionally. I would highly recommend Chapman Custom Baths.

We had a need to change one of our bath/shower units to a walk-in shower. We researched different companies on line and were still undecided. We visited Chapman's showroom in Brownsburg and the quality of their product was clearly above others we reviewed and decided right then to go with Chapman. Everyone we worked with was very professional and knowledgeable. The installers did an outstanding job and worked non-stop without even taking a lunch break. We love our new shower.

We replaced shower doors and faucets, and replaced a new top for an existing vanity. The products updated our bathroom and gave it a fresh look. The guys at Chapman are easy to work with. Even when we had a couple of hiccups they were very attentive to making sure everything was completed just a few days prior to Thanksgiving. This is the second bathroom we have had Chapman work on and I highly recommend Chapman Baths.

Brian and Matt did a great job reworking my guest bath. They were friendly and neat. They always showed me curtesy by asking if I liked and approved of each project as they finished. They were patient with all my questions AND with my barking little dogs. I recommend Chapman Custom Baths if looking to update. A primary bathroom remodel is in my future and I am so glad I won’t have to spend time researching companies again.

Brian and Matt did a great job on our master bath remodel. They were always courteous and conscientious and they didn’t stop until they made sure that everything was correct and working properly. We would recommend Chapman Custom Baths if looking to update. This was our second experience using them and both times we were happy with our choice.

I can’t say enough about my experience with Chapman Custom Baths. Jon and everyone did such a great job. Julie was very patient and helpful with the design process. The crew was amazing down to every little detail and request that I had. Most of all the bathroom is beautiful and exactly the way I wanted it.

We would highly recommend Chapman Bath! The work was done in a timely manner. Everything that we had discussed was accomplished. We are thrilled with the final product. The crew was friendly, professional, respectful. If we remodel another bathroom, we will call Chapman first!! The bathroom is being painted today so I’ll have to post pictures later.

Recently completed a master bathroom renovation with new flooring and a custom shower with Chapman. We cannot recommend this company enough. Very easy to work with and their prices are very competitive. The job they did was fantastic and we couldn't be happier with the work, and more importantly they were professional and treated our home with absolute respect. Any future work we have done will be done by Chapman.

Chapman Custom Baths did a beautiful and professional job on our Master Bath remodel! They did exactly what we asked without trying to oversell. They stuck to their estimate. Most importantly they did quality work and the final product looks amazing! Shout out to Gary, especially- he went out of his way to help us with unexpected things that popped up. John and his team also provided recommendations for contractors for work that was outside the Chapman team’s scope and each of these people were responsive and did great work, too!

I have already recommended them to family members and friends!

I decided to remodel the original shower so I could age in place. I couldn’t be happier with the results! Everyone was a pleasure to work with and they were respectful of my home. When a problem arose which was no fault of theirs John Chapman went above and beyond to fix the situation. I highly recommend this company!

We LOVE our newly renovated upstairs bathrooms! No shortcuts were taken here, and everything was clearly explained throughout the process. The crew (Jason & David) was friendly, informative, and made sure to run drop cloths throughout the house up to the bathrooms to keep our floors clean (they also removed them daily so that the house wouldn’t look like a construction area. The owner, Jon Chapman, made a trip out to the house before the work was completed to make sure that we were completely satisfied. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the greater Indy area.

We were on a deadline, and they completed the project in the time we needed, even after a problem we had with our floors. Chapman's was able to throw an extra team, who was also great, on the problem to complete the project on time. I had my old bathtub/shower replaced with an onyx walk-in shower. I am very satisfied with the installation job completed by David and Dominic. They were very professional, timely, skilled and communicative. Recommend Chapman Custom Baths for any future renovations you may be considering.

They were on time, very Courteous and professional. All of the workers were very kind and respectful. They went above and beyond what they needed to do! Very clean. Cleaned up after themselves each day. And the shower looks wonderful.

Chapman was wonderful to work with! They were so friendly and easy to work with. They came to our house and gave us a free very detailed quote with absolutely no pressure to book right then. When we were ready we booked time at the showroom and they went through every choice with us and had most of not all of our options on display to better visualize.

It took less than a month for all our materials to come in and they were so flexible with our install. When it was time for installation they took great care to lay down all kinds of carpet protectors and even asked about animals to make sure they didn't accidentally let them out. They cleaned up very well at the end of each day and I'm in love with our new shower!

We contacted three bath remodeling firms for bids. Chapman Custom Bath was by far the least pushy and most transparent visit and we decided to move forward with them. The have a showroom in Brownsburg that makes it easy to select finishes and we sat down with a knowledgeable member of their staff to complete the design. Upon completion of the design phase, we executed the agreement and the work was scheduled about two months out.

Dominic and his team showed up right on time and had the job completed on schedule. We are delighted with the finished product. Having the work team in our home for two days was a good experience. They were great guys and they kept everything clean. I would highly recommend.

Great customer service! Didn’t waste my time with a long 60+ minutes sales pitch. Came straight in listen to what I said. Took measurements and sent me the quote. Once I accepted it I talked to Julie and stepped through the process to design my shower. The team came over and they were friendly, very detailed and kept me informed the entire time. They put down tarp to keep everything as clean as possible. They cleaned up really nice as well.
