We spent an hour with the contractor at our home discussing our project, anticipating an estimate for services. After more than 5 weeks and multiple attempts to contact the company, we never received an estimate or any type of communication or follow up. Very disappointed.

Doug Hoppe (owner) and sub contractors have integrity and do awesome work!! Norcon is timely with fair pricing. I highly recommend using Norcon for your indoor remodeling project.

We have used Norcon Home Solutions for a number of home improvement and repair projects over the past few years. Doug and his Norcon team have re-roofed our house, our freestanding shop, and a small storage barn in the back yard. Norcon pulled all of our permits and oversaw all of our inspections. On another project, the Norcon team stripped and replaced damaged siding sections from our 42-year-old home while upgrading the siding to code and replacing chimney and skylight flashing that had failed. Last year, Norcon pre-measured, ordered, and installed new windows, which was much less fuss than we had feared; even the window trim all stayed up inside and outside. Every project Norcon has performed for us has been completed on time and for the price quoted before the work started. All of our questions are answered promptly before the work begins, and cleanup is prompt and complete. What's more, we don't like assuming debt; Norcon has been willing to do the smaller projects we can afford when we can afford them, which we continue to appreciate. We'd give Norcon six stars if we could. We anticipate using Norcon for future projects and recommend this company without reservation.

Doug and his team performed a professional assessment of water- and structural-damage to our three season porch, provided a detailed proposal of work planned, communicated frequently regarding when work would be done, and completed the job promptly once started. Work quality was very good, and they left the site completely clean when finished.

Doug and Joe did a wonderful job with our bathroom remodel. The remodel was due to a shower failure with water damage. The job was completed in a timely and organized fashion. Each day they completely cleaned up the work spaced, including vacuuming the dust up in the bathroom and our bedroom carpet leading into the bathroom. Many canvas coverings were used to protect our floors/carpets. Communication regarding the project including hidden damages, tile choices and paint colors were appreciated. Great job thank you for your hard work.

I am so happy that my daughter's friends recommended Norcon Home Solutions to do my bath remodel. I had a huge whirlpool tub and separate shower that were badly in need of replacement. In fact, the entire bathroom was very dated and run down when I bought the house. My vision was to eliminate the whirlpool tub and shower and add a regular bathtub and a much needed linen closet.
Doug provided a complete written estimate and proposed drawing of the room within days of viewing the area. I really appreciated the advice and alternatives that he offered when I had to make some choices. Doug and Joe and the other team members were fantastic! All the work was done in a very precise and professional manner. They cleaned the work area each day and always made sure that I knew what was happening the next day. I have to compliment Doug on the frequent and speedy communication with this project.
I also asked Doug to add cabinets to my mudroom and the laundry room. Again, the cabinets in each area are perfect and give me much needed storage space
The bathroom remodel and new cabinets exceeded my expectations, and I am thrilled with all that you did for me!
Thank you, Doug and Joe, for your fabulous work. I recommend you without reservation!

Norcon has worked on 4 different projects ranging from a screen porch conversion to a three season porch, a new roof for our home and detached garage, a new patio off the porch that solved a water / drainage problem and reworking a fire pit patio. Doug and his team did an excellent job explaining the process allowing us options as each project moved forward. Excellent, quality work and professional approach. Work site was always cleaned each day. Great value with the changes made to our home. We strongly recommend Norcon Home Solutions and will use them again when needed.

We couldn’t be happier with this half-century company in St. Paul, MN. Dave and John are truly some of the nicest people to work with. Keep up your wonderful work for the community!

Great company to hire for any type of home remodel or repair around house. They do great kitchen remodels and they helped out with termite damage. Steve and Dave can do it all.

Did an amazing job on finishing our basement, high quality work & totally professional, thanks so much! This space is a great addition to our home and we get nothing but compliments on the space along with the quality of the workmanship. Highly recommend!

Have worked with Distinct Construction many times and they are top notch and the attention to detail is amazing. The entire staff is professional and friendly. Highly recommend using them!!

First class experience, on time, on budget and very happy with the results. Steve, Dave and Shelby were great to work with and their subs were great as well. Thanks Distinct team !

I recently used Distinct Construction on a bathroom remodel and was extremely happy. it wasn't a large job but Dave and Steve were very responsive, showed up when they said they would and did great work. They are very conscientious and thorough even fixing a small problem I had that was outside the scope of the remodel. They left the work areas cleaner than when they got there. I recommend highly!

Greg and his construction company deserve a stand innovation! They produce high quality work and he keeps you informed throughout the entire process! Will never use a different company.

Gomez contractors are amazing to work with! They completely exceeded our expectations and are not only extremely nice and detail oriented, they are HONEST. Simon and his team are superb and we will definitely be working with them on future remodels.

Gomez Contractors recently complete the renovation of our kitchen in Heathrow. Simon and his subs were all very professional and we are pleased with the results !. We found them to be professional, attentive to detail and responsive. We would definitely recommend them for home improvement projects .

We most recently hired Gomez contractors to remove old tile and put travertine down on our back patio. I could not be more impressed with the quality of their work and professionalism. They by far exceeded my expectations. The workers were respectful of my home, showed up as promised, and take pride in their work. I can't recommend them enough. Wonderful experience from start to finish.
