Thank goodness for CSNH!
After the Dec. 23 wind storm, part of my roof came off and I had water damage in my upstairs bedroom.
CSNH came to my rescue! They quickly sent a “board up” company out to prevent any more water from getting in via my roof. They also had RR&R come take care of the water mitigation on the inside.
CSNH coordinated EVERYTHING! They talked to my insurance company as well as the insurance adjuster. I was so impressed with Nicole, who talked to me almost daily, and with Robbie and Jeremy who handled the water mitigation. They all knew exactly what needed to be done and they did it!
It was such a relief to have knowledgeable professionals who clearly cared about my situation.
I gave them 5 stars, but they deserve a million stars! -
We hired Construction Services of NH (CSNH) to repair our basement after we had extensive water damage earlier this spring. The basement needed new insulation in walls and ceiling, new dry wall (walls and ceiling), painting of the entire basement and new flooring as well. We found the staff at CSNH to be very professional and responsive as were the crew they sent to perform the work. The work was done in a timely manner and the end result is better that we expected. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

We hired CSNH to remove two walls between our kitchen, dining room, and living room to create a more open concept.
Bryan managed the project and was excellent to work with. He took the time to walk us (as new homeowners) through every aspect of the project and explained all of our options. Throughout the project, he communicated with us on a daily basis to make sure we were happy with the progress and to also tell us what was planned for the next day. We really appreciated Bryan's attentiveness and availability.
The team was incredibly professional and of high quality. Jason, who worked in our home most frequently, was detail-oriented and did not cut any corners. It was clear he takes great pride in his craft. Jason was respectful in our home, to our kids, and just nice guy to be around.
This was our first experience hiring a general contractor. CSNH made us feel comfortable and we're so happy with the job they did. You'd never know there were once walls dividing these rooms!
We would highly recommend CNSH and plan to use them again in the future. -
Bad winter storm on 1/20/23 brought a tree down onto our house. Our vinyl siding was shredded up, some damage to an outer door. Our insurance company recommended a few different construction outfits to choose from. After the first one gave us the run around ( based out of MA) we declined to do business with them. You don't want to trust a $7k repair job to just any company. We asked the insurance company for at least 3 more companies to choose from, and did our due diligence for research. Not only did I check customer reviews, Better Business Bureau, I looked up what former and current employees had to say about working for CSNH. Glowing reviews. We liked that they were based locally in New Hampshire, the phone was consistently answered by the same professional person, and the owner, Denis, met us at our home the SAME day we called. An estimate was drawn up, date for repairs chosen, and the work was done quickly and professionally. Excellent and I would definitely do business with them again. If you choose CSNH, you can rest assured your repairs are in very good hands. I can't thank them enough.

After some significant storm damage, CSNH came out at the recommendation of our insurance company. They were knowledgeable, provided good advice and the craftsmanship and professionalism of everyone involved was exceptional. The results were what they should be. As importantly, they cared.

Would give these idiots zero stars if you could. Todd and his crew are the best at excuses, delays, lack of communication, and walking away from a job. So pathetic that they couldn’t even finish the hack job they did of our one car garage. Left us with a ruined driveway he blamed on the demo crew, exposed nails, unsealed foundation, and NO GARAGE DOOR! I’m sure this clown will comment with more excuses but the proof is in the pictures. Will definitely be pursing legal action!

We had significant ice dam issues this winter on our home, and they quickly led to interior water damage. With a large roof and the severity of the conditions, we needed an immediate solution that wouldn’t risk damaging a relatively new roof.
My wife had met a CSNH employee at a local business event, so we gave them a call. We are very glad we did. They were able to come out the next morning with a steam system ready to go. Their rates were very reasonable, especially given the scope of the work.
The team they sent was outstanding! Professional, friendly, and clearly experienced. They worked efficiently and safely, which we really appreciated given the conditions.
The ice dams were substantial... roughly 4-5 inches thick and extending about 18 inches up the roof in places. It was not easy work! They handled it exceptionally well and did an incredible job clearing everything without causing any damage.
We fully intend to address the root cause so we don’t need this service again, but if we ever do, CSNH will be our first call. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone dealing with ice dams or any other home issues. -
I had a hole in my ceiling above my shower from a melted ice dam. Great customer service and the work done was beautiful. Very professional. I handled my case with Lori for the most part and she was awesome. A genuine, down to earth, hard working woman. The men who did the actual work were super sweet and polite in my house. Thanks so much.

Apex Restoration DKI did a great job on our house walking us through a major mold event.
Our thermostat had broken while we were away. And we had a lot of contents mildew quickly inside our home because we live in a high humidity area.
They were very fast and responsive and incredibly knowledgeable about professional mold removal. -
Southeast Restoration did an outstanding job restoring our bathroom after we experienced water damage that required the flooring to be torn out. They also repaired our downstairs ceiling, and the results are truly impressive. It looks flawless!
Throughout the entire process, their team maintained excellent communication, showing genuine care and respect for our home. They were professional, courteous, and meticulous about cleaning up after themselves. You can tell they take great pride in their work.
Highly recommend! -
My experience with Southeast restoration was 10/10. Super professional, very communicative and ensured I was in the loop with the restoration process every step of the way. The level of detail at every step left me super impressed. Any delay that occurred was a result of waiting on insurance and not due to Southeast. Their messaging system is so easy to use, and they are so responsive, knowledgeable and willing to answer my 100 questions along the way. I’m so pleased with the updates in my home and I can’t recommend them enough. Special shoutout to all the individuals who helped along the way; Scott, Jeremy, Nicole, Rachel, Thomas, Dylan and everyone else I interacted with. You all made the process so easy—thank you for my beautiful new home!!!

This company was extremely unprofessional. Their crew caused significant damage and left my first floor looking like a disaster zone. Several items that were not damaged are now missing. There are many better options available, and I truly regret choosing this company. If zero stars were an option, that’s what I would give.

Bad experience from the start. Poor communication and slow responses led to me firing Southeastern Restoration. I did what one would call a CASH out with the insurance USAA. This is where Southeastern's unethical practices come in play, by literally overcharging stating they did $9500.00 worth or work. After two disputes, USAA paid them $3900.00 which is still way too much. I have been trying to get reimbursed from Southeastern Restoration for better part of 2 weeks now for poor workmanship to the ceiling restoration. In the photos you can see they did not remove the drywall to the studs like they should; they used fence post wood or the cheap wood used to make palettes to hold the dry wall sheets together resulting in the supports breaking in half and the ceiling cracking. I hired another company to fix this and need the $3713.75 to pay for this, but Southeastern Restoration is dragging their feet on paying for this. Also, note that Southeastern Restoration uses their own employees such as Thomas Maxwell to inflate their reviews with 5 stars. Such a sad business, my goal here is that someone will read my review, see the pictures and decide to go with another restoration company. It is bad enough to need to have our homes restored to begin with but to have a Vendor who is as unethical and poor as Southeastern Restoration just makes this process much worse. Would not want that for anyone, which is why I post this review again after they took it down.

SE saved the day for me after losing two bathrooms to water damage.
The crew came in and took over, leaving two beautiful rooms restored completely.
They were on time, on the days promised and completed the job within the agreed time frame.
This group is kind, thoughtful and talented. I am more than happy with their work, and can honestly say that exceeded my expectations.
Both rooms look wonderful! -
Lauren Adcock was amazing!she walked us through this process with such patience and professionalism. She came to our home to check the progress of every step of the renovation and ensured that each subcontractors work was up to her standards.
-
David and team were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the project. Timeline and commitment was maintained throughout as well. Would definitely use this company again.
-
The finished product is even better than what I anticipated. Lauren was great to work with and appreciate her tireless efforts to see me through the long haul with this difficult challenge. She kept me focused and provided phenomenal professionalism and support! The subs were great and did wonderful work!

Thank you, Southeast Restoration of Nashville, from the beginning to the end of our water mitigation and restoration project. We cannot say enough good things about Southeast Restoration of Nashville. When we began our water mitigation and restoration "adventure", never did we think of all the moving parts that would need to be addressed. Nor did we imagine what we were about to experience when we had the water issue. From the very beginning, starting with Nick Shaw, to the end of our project with Scott Ninneman, we were treated with kindness, understanding and respect. Nick Shaw, PM, for the mitigation, was outstanding, provided clear communication, answering all our many questions and his mitigation crew, Dylan, Alex, Josh, Chase, and Owen are the most polite, kind, sincere and hard working, always texted when they were on the way, updated us with what had to be completed. They even understood when we thought we couldn't go another day with the fans and dehumidifier noise, then actually couldn't sleep when they removed them due having a quiet house :) Fast forward to the restoration, JP Cannon, PM, was understanding, listened with intent, very responsive to messages, and got the ball rolling on our restoration. Frankie and Michael reset our cabinets, again the most polite, kind, sincere, and hard working. Scott Ninneman stepped in for JP and continued the excellent service that we had grown accustomed to. Scott patiently listened to our concerns, never ending questions, and provided prompt updates including action items. Of course, as with any project, we had a couple of hiccups, which Scott immediately addressed and rectified. Also, a shout out to Rachel McMillen for her kindness, understanding, listening to and answering my never ending questions. I wouldn't wish mitigation or restoration on anyone, however, highly recommend Southeast Restoration of Nashville to take care of your project should the need arise.
