Greg and his crew were a joy to work with, they were very respectful and addressed all of our concerns, their work was exceptional and very good pricing, they kept the area very clean at the end of each day, I would recommend GTS for all your construction projects big or small

Greg & his team did a fantastic job! Process was smooth; he & his team were responsive & thorough. We appreciate all the hard work as first time home builders! Many thanks!

I am happy to give GTSayler Construction and Development 5 stars not because I know them personally, but because they are AWESOME.
And here's 10 reasons why:
1. They always showed up when they said they would.
2. They were courteous of my home life and of my personal time at home.
3. Their attention to detail. Immaculate and professional.
4. Continuous communication with me regarding the status of the job.
5. Asked me how I wanted things rather than assuming.
6. Super tidy and clean. They cleaned up after themselves each day and never left their work stuff in the way. They never left any personal items or trash in my home after work hours.
7. Always immediate responses to emails, phone calls and texts.
8. If I didn't like something; they made it right and quick.
9. Trustworthy. I gave Greg and his team complete access to my home while I was at work without giving it a second thought.
10. They are all very easy on the eyes.

GTS Construction was amazing to work with. Not only did they save me thousands of Dollars by knowing current building code and standards, they are very detailed in every inch of their work. The amount of complements that we get proves it.
The City was requiring thousands of dollars in upgrades to the ADA/handicap features and fire sprinklers which would of killed our dream to own a building however through knowing the building code and negotiating with the city this was eliminated form the required work.
I definitely would recommend GTS to anybody looking to build a house or remodel a building.

We hired GTS Construction to build our Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) and detached garage. Greg and his crew did an outstanding job. We are very pleased with the quality and workmanship. All the guys were easy to work with. We highly recommend GTS.

We cannot find enough great things to say about Greg and his crew! The work they did for us should be in a magazine. They were professional, knew what they were doing , and such kind people. Even our big dogs, always getting in the way, loved them. We will recommend them to everyone who wants an outfit they can trust, charges fairly, and does fantastic work! Tom & Becky

We recently remodeled our home with GTS. They did an amazing job transforming our space! The guys were all very professional and skilled. We had a vision and they made it happen...in the time they set out to finish. We will, for sure, be using GTS for our next remodel!

We are so happy with all of the work GTS Construction did on our home. It’s absolutely beautiful and I cannot wait to have them do more work for us in the future. Greg and his crew are the absolute best!

We hired GTS Construction for an addition and remodel we were doing and couldn't be happier! Greg and his crew are awesome. He helped is deal with building requirements in our area as well as introducing us to his subs who helped make our design a success. We would highly recommend GTS!

We had a major house fire. GTS Construction was AWESOME. We loved working with Greg and all his subs and crew. Our house was finished on time. GTS Construction did a great job and understood our vision. We LOVE our new DREAM HOUSE!

Greg and GTS Construction team are absolutely the best! We called almost a dozen contractors in hopes to get three different bids for our complete kitchen renovation. Only three contractors even showed up, and only two gave us a bid. Greg's bid was spot on, he was the friendliest, most knowledgeable, and realistic. Our house remodel went smoothly, according to plan, and turned out absolutely gorgeous. It makes me want to completely redo my master bathroom now! I highly recommend Greg and his team!

Greg and his team built were a pleasure to work with. They built our home from the ground up within 6 months and stayed very close to budget even considering all the price of building materials increasing Which isn’t something anyone can control. The team he has put together are respectful and talented and hard working. Building is sometimes stressful and there are always things that will come up and I appreciated how they all handled it. They problem solved and made it all work. They listened to my crazy thoughts about electrical outlets and batten board placement. I am super picky and after it all I am so happy with my home. I feel grateful to have worked with GTS Construction and would hire them again anytime! They would be my first call. Thank you Greg, Nik, Matt, and the entire crew. Again I would refer to anyone. M&M

Greg and the guys at GTS Construction did a major remodel for us. The process started in August/2024 and wrapped up in December/2024. There was rarely a day that went by that they weren't here working on something.

We were very pleased with the outcome of our remodel and loved their follow-up with the minor things that needed to be finessed after the work was completed. I feel confident that Greg will continue to work with us on anything that may need addressing as the days/weeks/months go by.

I would....and have already.....recommended their work to others. I don't think you could go wrong with contracting with GTS.

We recently hired Greg and his team for a home renovation project, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the very beginning, Greg was transparent with us during the planning process, ensuring we understood every step and felt comfortable with the decisions being made. The communication throughout the project was excellent, and we always felt informed and involved.

Greg's team was incredibly professional, demonstrating a high level of skill and dedication to their work. They consistently followed through on their promises, and we always felt like they were doing the right thing. Their trustworthiness and commitment to quality made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.

We highly recommend Greg and his team to anyone looking for reliable and top-notch contractors. They truly exceeded our expectations and delivered outstanding results.

GTS Construction built our 3300 sq. ft. off-grid home in Amador County. The house was originally designed to pass the Passive House certification, a spec widely used in Northern Europe for energy efficiency. GTS was able to help us nearly meet the Passive House specifications, which was important since our home is off-grid and we don’t want to use propane for heating. We are about to celebrate our first anniversary in our new home and it performed very well through the summer and the winter. The build took about nine months, the workmanship was good and the house was built on budget for the most part.

I would like to give GTS Construction five stars but, after a few mishaps I found that it was very necessary for me to be onsite daily. I had to personally inspect and check things to prevent further oversights, mishaps and rework. According to the contract, there was supposed to be a foreman on site during the entire build. In practice, this almost never happened until the last couple months of the project. I also had to hold firm on the schedule after it slipped several times. However, GTS Construction paid for the rework that was due to their negligence and was always fair in their dealings. In the year that we’ve been in our house, they responded to any issue that came up and ensured the problems were corrected.

In short, I would recommend GTS Construction, especially if you have adequate time to monitor the work being performed.

Our 4 month whole house remodel went amazingly well. We attribute the success of the project to Greg and his whole team. From our first meeting, we were impressed with Greg's integrity and attention to detail. Nic, Matt, and Devon were very skilled, and the subcontractors were always queued up and ready when it was their turn in the project. The subcontractors have long-standing relationships with GTS, which went a long way to the timely success of our project. Greg and his team knew we had an upcoming wedding for our son and that we were hosting the rehearsal dinner at our house. They pushed hard at the end to allow us to have a wonderful evening in our "new house."
Thanks, GTS, we'll be sure to recommend you to our friends.
