Electrical reviews in Acton, California

Barrett and his journeyman Brandon were very professional and did top notch work. They installed 2 fandeliers. Very friendly and did clean work in an efficient manner. I will be calling them again for more projects in the future. Great and knowledgeable electricians! 5 stars!

Barrette came to my elderly mom's rescue. I called him because my mom had a power outtage and he immediately came, fixed the existing problems, and also did additional work to prevent same reoccurring issues. He is honest, quick, professional, and efficient. I recommend him. Thanks Barrette!!!

From this point forward, B&M is the only people I will call for my electrical needs. I was having issues with my home losing power. Erik, the technician and Barrett, were great! My home was a headache, but they showed up and took care of my problem. High recommend. Very professional 👍

We had Drew Martinson come out as we had electrical issues in the garage. He found the problem, which was fairly complex and did a great job of fixing it He added a new circuit and whole house surge protector. We dodged a bullet as the way it was before, it was an electrical fire waiting to happen. He was very pleasant and thorough and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend!

Excellent service called to have a gfci socket replaced on a Sunday evening believe it or not they showed up quick and had it done within 5 or 10 minutes excellent job will hire again if needed thanks

Barrett, the Owner, not only came out to give us a free quote, but actually came and did the work himself on the scheduled day so there would be no delays in the project. Very happy with the quality of work and the lengths he went to to get the job done. Will definitely be using B&M again in the future!

Barrett was great! Came to my house and fixed an outdoor plug that gave out, did it same day. Also brought up how I wanted to change an old switch which controled our whole house fan and make it into a smart switch and he did it same day. Also was able to relocate our smart outdoor camera from a spot where we didn't like to better location. Wired it nicely and also did it same day. Great guy, will do business again!

Barrett was professional, responsive, and completed the installation of a GFCI outlet in my master bath quickly with no issues. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others who are looking for a competent electrician.

Barrett was great! We needed our EV charger uninstalled because we are moving. He was at our place the next day after I called and his service was quick, efficient and affordable. Solid work. Thanks Barrett!

Yesterday Barrett and his delightful partner, Mariella, completed a number of electrical repairs at our home. The work was excellent and the pricing was fair and reasonable. I am very happy that I found Barrett who is a skilled electrician and an good man.

Barrett and his team were extremely helpful in a very stressful situation for me. They were prompt, considerate and created a great value for me. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reliable electrician. Thanks again!

Barrett was very efficient, friendly and professional. He moved an outlet to another location, added recessed light to the bathroom ceiling, installed a 3-way light switch and hooked up our Ring doorbell.
Great service and we would hire him again!

B&M are a great electrical service. I had an emergency on Christmas Eve and Barrett was able to come out and troubleshoot the issue. He then fixed the issue very quickly. Very professional, smart and courteous and just a fun guy to talk to.

Was looking for an electrician to come out on a Sunday evening to replace a breaker at my home. Barrett was the only one who answered my call. He was very polite, answered all my questions and came out to my house in less than 30 minutes. Even though I forgot to mention it was a 15 amp double he brought one just incase and took care of the problem for me and got everything working again swiftly. He was helpful, friendly, and I will definitely do business with him again. When you need a reliable electrician call Barrett, he will hook you up with maximum voltage!

Barrett came out within an hour of me contacting him and fixed a broken switch with professionalism and courtesy. He patiently explained the issue and charged a very fair price for fantastic service. He also checked another install that had been done and verified it’s integrity. I highly recommend him for all your electrician needs!

Barrett came last summer in my time of need to fix my electrical lines for my air conditioner. Got it done in one day and I couldn't be more grateful. Used Barrett again today for a light fixture and switch in one of my bathrooms . Came and got it done quickly as well! I would definitely recommend this company!

Barrett was responsive to my quote request, and quickly scheduled an appointment to come take a look at our electrical project. Barrett showed up on time, and was friendly and helpful! He showed me the parts of the project that would require decisions, and explained the different options and the pros and cons of each in an understandable and clear way. It was great to meet with him, and, he is a knowledgeable and helpful electrician.

Barrett came to our residence for track lighting issue and installed a swing arm lighting fixture. He was very nice and did the work quickly. I would definitely use him again and would highly recommend his services.

Awesome work by Barrett. Professionally done for 220v outlet for my Tesla. Easy to communicate and prompt service.

I hired this company for the second time to update some electrical work. I absolutely loved the owner, Barrett's professional and enthusiastic attitude. He came to me quickly, & gave me a quote for the anticipated job. As a single female, I always appreciate a person's honesty. The price he quoted me was right on the money. And he gave me a discount for being a loyal customer.
The workmanship was superb & I would highly recommend B & M Electrical Services to anyone who wants the job done right the first time. You won't be disappointed you hired them!
I will definitely hire them again if the need arises!
Great job Barrett. Thank you.

I needed a few outdoor outlets for our gazebo, which needed to be ran under some pavers. I called B&M Electrical Services and Barret was quick to answer and set up an appointment. He came out and gave me a competitive estimate and we moved forward. He did a great job running the wires under the pavers (about 25 feet) to the gazebo.

I also needed an outlet setup outside for Christmas lights and he took care of that as well. I highly recommend B&M electrical. Barret is a true professional. These days, it's hard to find great people to do honest work. I will definitely be contacting him again for any electrical needs in the future.
