The charge for dry cleaning drapes for a home was not made clear at the time of drop off. No written estimates are given. It turned to be twice as much as what I believed was disclosed to me at drop off. AS MUCH AS NEW DRAPES WOULD COST!

I switched to Reyes Adobe around 5 years ago. Boy am I glad I did. My husband loves their work and Amy is soooooo nice. She always remembers my name and has the clothes waiting on the rack when I walk in. My husband wouldn't go anywhere else now that he has been so spoiled. Thanks.

Have tried several dry cleaners in the area over the past 17 years, this is by far the best. I have been going to Amy for over 10 years and she is always kind, professional and prompt. I use her for dry cleaning and tailoring.

I dropped off 4 casual shirts for dry cleaning. When I picked them up they smelled unpleasant like a mix of wet dog and mold. I had asked them to redo it and again they still smelled bad. $25 down the drain with nothing to show for it but aggravation. Will have to get them redone a 3rd time at another dry cleaner.

I always have had the best experience with my dry cleaning and alterations. Whenever I've had a stain on any clothing they always get it clean even when I spilled red wine on a white dress.

I have been going to Amy's place for over 20 years. She and her husband run the best cleaners that I have ever been to. I would let no one else tailor one of my suits. When I have lived elsewhere, Boston most recently, I missed Amy and her high level of service as much as anything. As a professional, high quality cleaning is essential to me, and no one has ever done it better. I actually live in Malibu and probably pass 20 cleaners that are closer. I would go nowhere else. I assure anyone who is reading this that the one negative rating is a product of ill conceived hatred over being towed for parking overnight in a small business parking lot--and ironically towed by one of the other businesses.

They completely destroyed our Pottery Barn Faux Fir blanket. It went from being soft to all matted.
We specifically told them to dry clean it but I think they just did a normal wash. When I confronted the owner she tried to claim we dropped it off like that. I think I know what my own blanket looked like. Now I have to spend $200 to buy a new one. I wouldn't trust them with your garments, they'll lie to avoid blame.

I have gone to them quite often since I moved to the area 3 years ago. The lady who takes of me there is always very nice and they have done a great job on cleaning all of items. No complaints.
