Lance Walker came to our residence to assess and advise in regards to a possible tree root problem in our yard. He was thorough in his assessment process and explained in detail what he was looking for and what he discovered. Based on his findings, he suggested we dig a trench in the area in question to see if the tree roots were indeed causing our particular problem. We decided to have him return to dig the trench even though he said it would cost us less to have our gardener do it. He had explained that one had to be careful in the digging so as not to damage the root patterns created by whatever trees were involved. He returned to do the job himself and he spent a great deal of time digging, assessing and explaining as he worked, At the end of the day, Lance determined we did not have a tree root problem after all. He cleaned up after he finished and the yard looked like no one ever did any digging, I told him he gained a new customer and I would call his company for all my future tree work.

Lance went above and beyond when he trimmed ALL THE TREES on my lot. In addition to being a talented arborist, Lance is super friendly and a great educator. I learned so much about my trees (and local ecology in general) during the site evaluation. Trimming day was easy- the team is very professional and surprisingly fast. My trees are healthier, they look nicer and the neighborhood birds seem happier.

Lance and his crew were outstanding. He arrived early, and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They had all of the equipment they needed, and withing a few minutes were already tossing ropes up the tree. His crew made quick work of the job, which was the recovery of a drone located about 60 feet up in an Oak. He responded immediately to my contact, and was able to get out to me much quicker than I expected. I would highly recommend Lance to anyone who wants quality service with great communication.
