They took my old safety hazard eye sore of a deck and built me the most beautiful state of the art deck patio area I have ever seen! We needed our 25-year-old roof replaced. I got in touch with Bayside Builders Group through calling their sister company Norman G. Phillips Roofing. When I called Phillips, I was responded to by Nick from Bayside. This review is of Nick and the work his Bayside Builders crew did. We started with three estimates from three different companies. Nick’s quote was the second most expensive but I felt like he really knew what he was talking about and would get the job done well and quickly. I talked to two of his references and they both sang his praises. Here are some great things about Nick: First, when he made a mistake and underestimated the square footage of our roof, he honored his original quoted price even though the job was much bigger than originally estimated. Secondly, his references told me that they had received $1000 off the cost of the job when certain materials were not needed. The same was true for us. Nick took $1000 off the cost of the job when it turns out the crew needed less of a particular material. Three, the day we signed with Nick, at my special request, Nick signed a contract change order to “install new chimney cup” for zero dollars; he included it with the job for free. During the job, we agreed instead to just reattach the old chimney cup, rather than install a new one. However, a month after the job was done, that old chimney cap blew right off. Nick honored his original agreement and sent someone right away to install the free new chimney cup as promised in the original change order agreement. Overall, the job was done very quickly, on time, with two crews working at the same time, and the cleanup after was excellent; I’ve only found a couple nails left over from the job. In short, Bayside may be one of the more expensive roofers out there but the work was fast, seemingly high quality, clean, and the communication with Nick was good throughout and filled with integrity. He will not sign off on the job until you say you are 100% satisfied.

Jacob and his crew did a great job for us on replacing out outside stairs and old deck. the stairs were unsafe and scary to walk down. They did a great job, stayed late to make sure everything was right and louis caught one item and took the time to make sure everything meet our standard and jacobs. looking forward to the next job. Our initial consult and quote process was thorough and collaborative. We had a tricky project converting a 1/2 bath to a full bath including bringing down a wall in an old apartment and we had a plan for anything we might find as we progressed.
The team was conscientious and protective of our home throughout the work.
The final product was everything we could have hoped for - a really elegant and beautiful bathroom that complements our unique home.

Summer is here and we were looking to have a Deck built off of the back of our house. I knew after getting some other quotes and then speaking to them I wanted to go with his company. His knowledge and patience in explaining about the various material options and presenting ideas for a better and larger deck (at little more cost) sold me. I’ve had several construction projects in the last year and this was by far the easiest and the best experience.

The crew did a fantastic job on the deck. It looks gorgeous and know I will enjoy it for years to come. Besides doing a great job, the workers were very polite and easy to work with. Additionally, phone calls or emails with questions were promptly returned. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a great deck at a competitive price.

If only I could give more than 5 stars! Nick Beck and his team at Bayside Builders truly came to the rescue for a roof job that required urgent attention. They saved us a fortune by working quickly to assess the issue and working overtime to see it through before the elements could do further damage to our home. What also stood out was his excellent communication skills; checking in with me frequently on progress from start to finish. We are so glad to have found an outfit we can trust. Easily recommend you give them a call for your next roof or remodel job!

Nick and Omri were a dream to work with. My husband and I wanted to renovate our small backyard space for some time now so that our children had a more functional, safe place to play and for us to host. They completely blew us away with their service throughout the job. It took them a total of 3.5-4 weeks to complete, which included full demo, concrete, pavers, astroturf, stepping stones, fence demo and extension, new drainage, and electrical routing. They completely addressed our concerns with our space and made it beautiful and functional. Financing wise they offered us many options to get the job done and we are so thrilled to have worked with them, and we can't wait to work with them again on future remodels in our home. We recently completed a multi level deck rebuilding with Bayside builders. If we could give 10 stars we would. From the initial consultation with the project manager Max and his coordinator Ayal to the final walkthrough the entire team was professional, communicative and highly skilled.
