THEY DON'T SHOW UP. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. They no-showed on me two different times in the same week - first on a Monday, and then four days later on Friday (the day they asked to reschedule). No advance notice provided that they wouldn't be able to make it.

worry free carpet cleaning is incredibly professional, scheduling is a breeze, and their service is top-notch! calvin arrived and expertly cleaned two of my carpets, a rug, and an additional mat, doing an exceptional job. he truly rejuvenated my carpets. i will be recommending worry free carpet cleaning to my friends and family in alameda.
