Having been a loyal Customer with Roto Rooter for 24 years, I will say that my Technician Today, Colin, was outstanding and maybe THE most efficient and savvy with recommendations for a short term and long term fix! Kudos Colin!

The worker was respectful and knowledgeable. He promptly fixed the mailbox lock and added the thread locker liquid so the lock would not become loose again. It took him no more than ten minutes and I had to pay $150 which seemed to me quite ridiculous. For that, I rated the service 4 stars instead of 5.

Ronald was amazing!! Helped resolve our water pressure booster pump and fixed a leak in our kitchen sink. Only downside was Roto Rooter is fairly expensive (about double the price) compared to hourly rates of other plumbers we contacted.
