Constraction reviews in Alamo, California

Wow!!!! I had just a little money and cash helped me and paid for my materials and allowed me to make payments
Paid the good lord!!!!

Thank you @cashUNITED

Yes. My bathroom is the best thing I’ve ever seen and craftsmanship is above my expectations. United is worth every penny. Gracious

Cash and his crew did a fantastic landscaping job. This is the epitome of the pinnacle of the staycation lounge he talked about

Ridiculously unbelievable and great things to wonderful people and a family business

Unbelievable the craftsmanship and creativity from cash at United ! Look at my bar that is one of a kind using cristallo countertops and Custome cabinetry and a final product that makes everyone speechless!!! 😶
FIVE STARS ⭐️

I’m writing this five star review to let the world know United did a great job on my house.

They help me with designing and paint colors and waterproof luxury vinyl flooring, in my two disco party balls for lights!

Love you United !!!

Cash straight up designed my dream spa bathroom complete with unreal slab work, detailed wall, soapboxes, steam room, oasis! Just ridiculous, beyond my expectations. Show me the detail work with the rain shower was brilliant. But the steam shower and the coordination that goes into it with all the sizing and detailed work is amazing. I had no idea there was so much that goes into this. Cash walked me through all the details, including making sure that the shower door was completely sealed and what type of glass to use, including waterproofing materials and the suggestion to put the tub inside of the wet room was brilliant.
Now I get to sit inside of my tub during a bath while the steam shower is on. I’m in heaven and now I spend the weekend in my bathroom on vacation. #staycation

I'm writing this review to let the world know that Cash did the whole thing for the ADU and he did a good job. He designed it got the plans and took care of everything. He even did my landscaping and it didn't cost that much money.

I plan to move my parents into this ADU in the back of my house so that they can take care of the kids one day but for now I'm just gonna make some money on it.

Thank you for doing a great job Cash

I highly recommend Cash with United and his team

Cash at United constructors made our vision a reality and we love the action and attention to detail.
Five stars

Thank you Cash for hooking it up with my shower. It was falling apart and leaking and I really appreciate you taking care of the dry rot mold and giving us a new shower for me and my family.
Amazing 5stars -Thank you so much. I really appreciate it.

I recently hired the company for a kitchen project. Cash Payne the owner was extremely responsive and respectful. He took me shopping and helped me pick out materials that matched the concept I had and let me use his discount and everything was very well priced!

I love my new customed hood built-in and timeless cabinets with lights in them, gold fixtures and gold accents farmhouse, sink quartz countertops that look like marble, and gorgeous Pendant lights.

we also got recessed wood ceilings and Crown molding ceilings in casing beams and real hardwood floors in herringbone design

The crew was on time, clean, and efficient. The project was under budget even when it exceeded my expectations

They deserve a 5+ star review and would highly recommend them!

I'm having a total home improvement and upgrade project being managed by United Constructors, Inc. Working with Mr. Cash Payne & his team lead Josh S. has been a very professional and exciting experience!!! He's very knowledgeable in his craft and can help you visualize your dream and execute the work in a very timely manner. He doesn't price gauge and he's very upfront w/ cost and ETA's. You would do yourself an injustice not choosing his company for any construction project. Please see what he has made possible for me and my family... you'll love it!!! Thank you Cash for everything!!!!

I hired Cash to build my 2 BD / 2 BA ADU from the ground up and what a pleasure it was to have his team deliver. Prior to deciding to go with cash, I spoke with several other General Contractors in my area and while there were some interesting bids, none of them quite get it the way Cash does. As a third-generation builder, Cash's instincts are second to none and he goes out of his way to make you happy. The thing about construction projects and remodels is they never go exactly according to plan. Because of that, it's much more important to pick the right partner as opposed to getting caught up in the minutiae. While Cash is an impressive salesman and is happy to work with you to make sure you feel completely comfortable on a contract, a handshake from him really means something. Over the course of the 9 months that I worked with Cash, his team was so patient with us and educated us along the way, even when we had concerns over supply shortages and other wait times. By the way, since meeting cash I have referred him to my father-in-law, my neighbor, my good friend and even people I have met on social media and the consensus from everyone has been that Cash will make you happy. I will most definitely work with him again.

When you really care about your home, it's important to get people who are skilled, and that you can trust. United Constructors, Inc. is exactly that kind of company.

We had dry rot under my home office. Wasted timbers, wet crawlspace, poor ventilation. Cash and the team gave us an accurate quote, and then did the work.

It went faster that I expected, and they did a fantastic job! They paid attention to details, and did the job right.

The workers showed up as promised, did their work, and cleaned up the site.

The whole house is now in better shape, and the floors and timbers are good as new.

We highly recommend these guys!

We love our new kitchen! We needed help with updating our kitchen, and United Constructors were highly recommended. We had an idea of what we wanted to do, and Cash Payne’s recommendations along the way helped us get the kitchen we wanted. Their crew, especially Carlton and Eric, are excellent! I appreciated the consistent communication, timeliness, and high quality workmanship. We’ll definitely use United Constructors again to update our bathrooms!

Cash Payne & United Constructors were referred to us by a friend, who is an agent in the Walnut Creek area.
We had met with a number of contractors, but Cash was by far the most personable & thorough with his assessment & quote. He never tried to upsell or pressure us into add-ons, unlike other contractors we met. His delivery is always genuine & warm. His quote was in line or below others, and his timeline was under other companies.
Cash, along with his talented crew of professionals were incredibly communicative and thorough. They gave us a beautiful kitchen that we love.
Now on to the bathroom. Look no further to Cash and United Constructors for your next home improvement project. You won’t be disappointed.

I'm so grateful I called and paid just a little bit extra to get this beautiful laundry room thank you Cash and United!
I can't wait to do laundry five stars

Cash made my kitchen great! Custome cabinets
Custome shelving
Customer hood
Not too expensive
Great valve

Thank you cash and United team

Cash with United built my house to perfection from scratch start to finish help me shop help me pick out materials. Let me use his discount did everything that would’ve taken me a long time to figure out how to do myself with multiple different people and it was just an incredible experience. The guys were cleaning on time very efficient knew what they were doing. Knowledgeable could not have had a better experience.
He was a little expensive, but after talking to about six different contractors, I chose him because of his in-depth knowledge of the process and the confidence I got he was going to do a good job. I’m glad I did because every penny was worth it. I normally don’t write reviews, but I really felt like this one was important because there’s a lot of bad contractors out there and I’ve had a few bad experiences cause I went with the low price. And this was a reminder that prices and everything. I highly recommend using Cash in the United team. Thank you once again for making my dream home. Come true. Thank you crew you guys are awesome.

Thank you, United for building my wonderful trellis and doing my landscape project. You guys are fantastic. Prices were great guys are on time. Wonderful selection in process. I’m just amazed.

It was a little expensive but completely worth it to be honest. Glad I made the decision. Thanks, Cash.
