Phone customer service at this store is abominable. I've been passed around to several different people in several different departments when asking for the garden center and each time put on terminal hold. Insane. I'll drive an extra 20 miles to not have to deal with these people

5 stars for Isaiah, the garden center employee who assisted me. I appreciated his input and interest in my concerns. Not used to that. Usually it's someone who either doesnt know and/or doesn't care about the garden area. They also are pretty well stocked with healthy drought tolerant plants.

Great store overall, but literally zero help offered. I'm not in construction or anything by trade so most of what I do is DIY items. Not even big projects but normal things--drilling into walls for anchors, gardening, patching up holes and weather stripping doors etc. But sometimes I'm looking for an item or have a question and the commercials make it look like the staff will happily help you. The few times I've asked, they barely seemed to know where they were let alone help me. As such, it's great to pick up items you know where to grab and what you are doing. But if you are looking for any help, let alone friendly help, go to your local store. The cashiers have always been very helpful though...and friendly.

It's Christmas time and thankfully, Home Depot stocks a forest of trees to take home and everything else to satisfy your holiday decoration needs. They've got this down to a science and try to keep things as easy as possible for the customer. Went in to grab my tree and a wreath and got out for under $40. The tree selection is great and is an experience I prefer versus the small Christmas tree lots. Staff was helpful and got everything taken care of quick!

Don't go here to buy plants. The staff here are full of lies and have no credibility. This morning, I saw several plants that are not very good on sale here. It said 50% off of all the plants with orange paint on the pot. I took one pot, but there was no specific price on it. I went to the shop assistant to ask about the price, The electrician found a bunch of plants of the same kind and said 49.99, but these plants obviously had much bigger pots and grew taller. I thought that since the discount was probably due to the small growth of this plant, it was reasonable. As a result, when I arrived at the cash register, the waiter said to another waiter that the plant 5 was OK and should not be discounted, and the other waiter said that it should not be sold, In the end, they said to my face that they had marked the wrong mark, and the plant was not discounted! God, this is the first time that such a large chain store has such a dishonest sales method! Remind everyone to be more careful when shopping here!

Sadly the halloween decor i wanted wasn't in stock, the only one was a display I would've purchased it, if it had a box to go home in. I asked if there were a box to use i got a straight No.

Felipe and his team did a wonderful job re-landscaping our backyard! This is by far the best landscape and yard company we have worked with, and I'm so happy I found them. Felipe came to give us an estimate on redoing our backyard with pebbles and borders, and he was a true professional from start to finish. He was on time, very patient, listened to everything we wanted, and addressed all of our questions and concerns. The estimate he gave us was affordable and beat most of the other companies we got bids from. He and his team showed up on time again to do the job, and they did excellent work. They were careful with all of our plants and trees, and really everything on our property. They did exactly what we had discussed with Felipe, and they really exceeded our expectations on all counts. Our backyard went from a mess of DG and out of control weeds, to a beautiful, tidy, zenlike oasis. We just love it! Thank you Felipe! We can't wait to have to come back and trim our trees next!

Repairman was very nice, did a great job and was very helpful in repairing faucets and even the door lock. Would definitely hire from Handyman Alhambra again for any handyman needs.
