Water Damage Restoration reviews in Alhambra, California

Thank you Dan & team for a really positive experience with water damage in our home. They came out immediately and were fast, professional, and clean. Dan’s communication was excellent and we were never left guessing about what would happen next. We really appreciated his attention to detail and how he explained each step. He was very respectful of us and our home. Hopefully we won’t need their services in the future, but if we do then we’d use Puroclean and Dan’s team again.

Great job from Dan Gomez and the team at PuroClean. They were excellent in the service they provided, right from the initial survey to completing the job. They were very professional in their approach and meticulous every aspect of the service provided.

Ryen and his crew responded quickly. I had a specific request for what I wanted serviced. He didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary work. Within a matter of days he had a large crew working to complete all the work and make the house safe to live in. Communication was very good. I would highly recommend this company.

When those Pasadena fires got close to our place, PuroClean Pasadena showed up right away and totally saved our house from the smoke and smells fresh and clean.

Can't thank PuroClean Pasadena enough for dealing with all the smoke damage. They came in, knew exactly what they were doing, and now our house smells fresh again, such a relief!

Our house was a mess after the Pasadena fires - ash everywhere! Called PuroClean Pasadena and they got it back to normal super fast. Really impressed with Claudia and her team.

My apartment was heavily impacted by smoke and ash from the Eaton fire.

Puroclean did a great job cleaning my contents and laundering my clothes.

The Puroclean process was very fast, a walk though on a Wednesday, cleaning done on Friday, I was back in my place on Sunday.

It did take 2 weeks for all my contents to be returned.

There were a couple of hiccups in communication that were corrected by Dave and Russell.

I would recommend them for smoke and ash remediation.

I met with a representative from PuroClean today, Mr. Roman Flores, who was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I found him to be intelligent and trustworthy — providing me with an honest appraisal of what personal items could be cleaned and could not because of the possibility and probability of lead dust
contamination.

I recommend Mr. Flores as a true professional, who answered all of my questions. I would rate him as a 10/10 representayive og P, who should know that he is a true asset to their company.

I had an excellent experience working with PuroClean. They did a deep clean of my apartment on short notice, they were fair and honest about their fees, the team they sent was incredibly kind and professional, and I absolutely love the results. I highly recommend them!

Beware beware beware don’t hire this company for nothing!!! Do not trust this company/ team with fire restoration. Dealing with a house fire is stressful enough, but PuroClean of Pasadena made it worse. The crew was incredibly careless with our belongings/ dwellings —they broke tvs and didn’t even mention it to us, destroyed my electrical outlets in my kitchen now no power is coming from the outlets so now I have to hire an electrician to fix, stole items out of my house and petty stuff at that but I don’t care the fact that you can steal from someone who trusts you is low, I mean what kind of people are you hiring. They broke my heating and ac somehow and then couldn’t fix it so they had to hire an actual heating and ac company to fix it. I can go on and on. They will say they did the work and submit it to your insurance company but actually they didn’t do the work. We had to hire another restoration company to come in and complete the job. I wouldn’t recommend using 2 restoration companies but we had no choice. Puroclean lied to my elderly mother to get the job.
Again, my mom is an elderly person so she trusted them. They said they could restore all 3 of her properties but in actuality they couldn’t they just saw dollar signs. If you let them in your home keep a close eye on all 100 of their workers. This company is dishonest so be careful. I don’t even think they cleaned the houses they just tell a software that’s connected to your insurance company they did and then your insurance company pays them. Insurance companies need to come behind these wicked companies like Puroclean and make sure they are really doing the work..

If you want your home treated with respect, go somewhere else. I hate that I ever hired these liars.
Now they are harassing my mom for payment. She is still waiting for the insurance company to pay her so she can pay them for work they didn’t do. Unbelievable!!!! We complained constantly to the so call people that were in charge of the workers at the houses, but nobody cared to address anything or fix the issues. Communication was impossible because the workers barely speak English. All we know is English. Now they harass us for money.. One thing the insurance company / adjuster did say is if you’re not happy with the work from the company you hired, don’t pay the company until they complete the job to your satisfaction.
Puroclean likes to make threats. A judge really needs to look into this company so CSLB can get involved… CSLB will hear from me. People of Altadena need to be protected from this company…

Great service from Roland and Christian. I was very overwhelmed with the issues affecting my house. Christian came out to provide an estimate. Once I worked with PuroClean, I could see the work being done and Christian explained the process. When the treatment lasted longer than expected, Roland explained why and was easy to communicate with.
