Tim has done multiple repairs for us at our house and at our two rentals. He’s done refrigerator (ice maker, waterline, leak), and two different dishwasher repairs. He’s always fast to respond, quick to diagnose and fix and so professional. We feel so lucky to have found someone so skilled and reliable, a lot of other appliance repair companies said no to dishwasher repairs. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Had a refrigerator issue, it was malfunctioning. They showed up on time, diagnosed it quickly and realized it was a disconnect wire. They could have charged me the standard repair rate but was so courteous and discounted it due to the ease of repair. Then, on the way out, helped secure my microwave at no additional cost. Could not recommend this company enough for being honest and trustworthy.

Tim and John were excellent in the repair of my washing machine. The part took a while to come in and they fit me into their schedule right away to complete the repair. I have called them out to fix several appliances now and each time they do a wonderful job! I would recommend to anyone!

Art-Prime Appliance Repair was great to work with. Tim came out to look at my washer and gave me an honest assessment, it would have cost almost as much to repair as it would to replace. Instead of pushing the repair, they explained everything clearly and only charged a small fee for the visit. Most companies would have just done the work and taken the money, but Art-Prime really looked out for me. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism, and I’ll definitely call them again if I need appliance help.

These guys were great. We had a washing machine where the drum became severely unbalanced. They showed up when they said they would. Explained the repair needed with photos. Promptly got the part and fixed it the same day. Super friendly and reasonably priced. If I have any issues in the future I know who to call.
