Our water heater cracked and flooded our floors right before the holidays. ServPro were quickly dispatched to manage the water damage. Miguel Toledo and his team were amazing! Miguel put my mind at ease and walked me through the process. He answered the many questions I had regarding next steps. Thanks Miguel and ServPro team! Great customer service all the way around.

Gustavo and Angel, came by today to remove all the furniture and related items, so to be prepared for repairs to recent wind and rain storms causing water damaged floors on two levels.

Both Angel and Gustavo, were absolutely outstanding, thoughtful, extremely helpful, and they performed excellent work and accommodated me in a very positive manner. I would highly recommend them with a definite five-star rating.

Had a bathroom water leak. Through my insurance, ServPro was contacted and they responded quickly to remove the wet drywall and flooring. They dried it all out and also performed the reconstruction. Rolando, working alone, completed the rebuild in 2 days. He was professional, competent and on time. We are pleased with his work. The bathroom looks as if nothing happened. Thanks to Justin, Matt and Jessica for all your help as well.

We had ServPro in our home to do mold remediation for a 2- day project. One day Oliver came and the other Gio. Both were fantastic. Right on time, worked hard to protect the area and cleaned everything up when they were done. They finished a day faster than estimated and we are very happy with the results!

The group that came out to assist my house was professional, they were on time, they were responsive when I call them. They provided great quality work and they have good values. They listen when I ask them questions. Jaden and his crew did a flawless job! Jonathan was very understanding and professional with his advice when I was frustrated with wanting to know where the leak is coming from. Jaden sprayed water on the roof. He and his crew showed me where the water was dripping from. Until today we don’t know where the leak is coming from which is super frustrating. I want to thank everyone for keeping me sane and for doing such a great job Jonathan, Jaden, Mike & Miguel!

Joey and Luis M were great. My kitchen suffered a water leak and the remediation team (Joey and Luis) did an excellent job communicating the process and updating on progress. Their work was thorough and they were extremely clean. I hope to not need ServPro again, but if I do I am going to ask for them.

Jesse and Jonathan's team did an outstanding job helping to resolve our situation. We had a flood that left both water and mud damage at our properties. Their team was there the next day and started cleanup immediately. Their process was explained and they took care to organize and re-arrange areas in order to access them. My homeowner's insurance recommended Servpro to help with a water damage issue inside my home. Jonathan Navarro is my project manager. Jesse & Kevin came out to do the mitigation (demolition) work, which included getting rid of drywall & insulation and setting up multiple industrial fans to dry out the wood. Gustavo completed a first-day-after-demolition checkup. I've found everyone to be professional, pleasant to work with and communicative.

Only reason it's not 5 stars is because there could have been more communication about the power/electrical needs of the industrial fans. Five lights/switches around the project area were temporarily not working after the demolition was done, and I had to troubleshoot it the following day. No permanent damage, just needed to Reset a GFCI outlet. Apparently, at least one of the fans was not properly connected or working due to power failure as well. This was fixed the next day.

I am a retired insurance agent and have used SERVPRO many times with positive feed backs from clients..This time it is my loss water ..in walls in my kitchen. I have Dora Julian and Francisca here cleaning as we are finally to that point and they have done a beyond SPECTACULAR job! Jesse and Miguel from ServPro came for the in wall water leak restoration. They were on time, diligent, meticulous, and extremely professional with their work. They were careful removing the furniture to expose the wet dry wall. They did a great job to ensure the wall gets dried up. I had a Labor Day evening emergency, bust pipe in front of building that flooded our offices. I worked with project manager Alfredo and his team Mikey Z., Nabor I. - excellent work, thorough, considerate, timely, trustworthy, genuinely great guys. In April 2020, Servpro of Laguna Beach installed vinyl flooring in our home, with the project reimbursed by our insurance company for $11,140.43. However, within a short period of time, the flooring began to peel and developed bulges underneath.
Since 2023, we have been in communication with Servpro to address these issues. In April 2025, they sent an inspector who assessed the floor but did not provide us with any details or findings from the inspection. Subsequently, Servpro attributed the problem to the material supplier.
The material supplier conducted their own inspection and concluded that the issues were due to "sloppy installation." Despite this, Servpro of Laguna Beach has refused to take responsibility, citing that the warranty has expired. However, the flooring's condition after such a short period indicates substandard workmanship.
We are so disappointed by the work provided, we have three young kids at home that they cannot even walk barefoot because they would get lacerations in their feet as a result if damaged flooring.

Jesse & Miguel were excellent to have doing our cleanup after the building flooded. They kept me updated with the project plan and also the daily scope of work being done. Thank you for your professionalism Servpro from everyone at ANOROC Precision sheet metal.
