We recently completed an ADU project with Oro Design & Construct, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and highly organized. They guided us through the entire process — from design and permits to final construction — with attention to detail and clear communication. The ADU turned out beautifully, both functional and well-built. We're very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Oro to anyone planning an ADU project.

Working with Oro Design was a fantastic experience. They transformed our backyard with beautiful landscaping, a custom deck, and a stunning pool. The team was professional, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. Everything was completed on time and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of working with Oro DC on a major renovation project at one of my home in Pasadena, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a construction company. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and truly committed to delivering high quality work.

They completely ggutted my existing home, extended the house by an additional 700 square feet, and built a brand new ADU in the backyard. The scale of the project was massive, but Oro DC handled it with precision, care, and great attention to detail. Every phase from demolition to framing, plumbing, electrical, and finishes was executed flawlessly and right on schedule.

What really stood out to me was how smoothly everything went. The workers showed up consistently on time, respected my property, and worked with a level of skill and dedication that’s hard to find these days. The project manager kept me updated regularly, was always available to answer questions, and made sure no detail was overlooked.

They also helped me navigate the design process, which was a huge help. From selecting tile, flooring, paint colors, cabinetry, countertops you name it they provided thoughtful recommendations, brought in samples, and made sure everything matched my vision. It felt more like working with a design build team than just a contractor.

The quality of the materials they used both rough and finished was outstanding. Everything feels solid, high end, and built to last. Now that the project is complete, I walk into my home every day feeling proud and grateful. The extended space feels natural and cohesive, and the ADU is beautiful, functional, and already getting use.

If you’re considering a full remodel, home extension, or new construction in Pasadena, I highly recommend Oro DC. They delivered above and beyond my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.
