The worst place to do business with. Woman
That answers the phone is clueless . Made me drive 30 miles to get there , assured me that I could go and pick out my own flag stones and the ones I wanted . I got there , they literally made me move rocks myself , zero help and then my desired sizing wasn’t there and asked them to open a new pallet so I could pick the rest and they refused by first telling me I can buy the whole pallet or pick a different stone. Manager Sam was worst than her . You would think by talking to the manager you can get somewhere at times since woman was clueless and was only working there for 2 months but manager was even worst . I will never do business with them . I called southwest boulder right after and they were so accommodating , sent me pics and said they would deliver everything to me right away . Should have looked at their reviews and stars before I drove there . I do not recommend.

Totally unreliable and unprofessional.
Skips weeks and bills you for full service. Company has so much business they don’t need additional work and reminds you of it when you question their service.

I appreciate the attention they put in making sure that everything is taken care of including the sprinkler system and that my trees are always clean and looking nice.

Mr Gerardo Yepez is excellent to work with. He is responsive to texts and pays close attention to the work that needs to be done. His workers are very friendly and attentive.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THESE GARDENERS!... If you get the chance to hire them, do it without delay! For decades I've longed for gardeners like these! I knew they were around, frequently saw their artful truck, called the office to hire them and was told there were no openings. Then finally, one day I saw the distinctive truck heading my way on the street. Joy rushed through me as I enthusiastically waved and Gerardo pulled over. He is very communicative, he texts, he sends photos, he leaves beautiful invoices with pre-printed envelopes to mail payments. He does extra work that needs to be done without me having to ask! So professional and caring! Thank you Gerardo!

Our home's yard, gutters, sprinkler systems, hillsides, etc. have been serviced and maintained by Gerardo Yepez with his crews for more than twelve plus years, I do believe. Gerardo and his crews have always been professional, timely and responsive to our needs. I know for a fact that I can call or text at a moments notice and not be ignored. Gerardo is extremely responsive, actively listens to his customer's concerns / wants and does his utmost to deliver satisfaction time and time again. Value for money is also very good! I reached out to multiple landscapers in the area and Chris with Union Landscape was not only the fastest to respond and schedule a meeting, he provided straight forward and reasonable quotes. From there, you can expect a very collaborative and friendly team who work faster than you expect and they were able to re-landscape my front and side yard in less than 3 days.
And Chris and his team are flexible to your plans. I had a few general ideas of what I wanted, but no specific landscape designs and Chris listened to my ideas and we worked together to get a perfect design with little to no headache.

I've worked with plenty of vendors and contractors in the past, so trust me when I say that this team is one you can rely on and expect friendly and efficient workers. 10/10

I hired Union Landscape to clean up my jungle of overgrown succulents in my front yard. It was a beast of a cleanup and the team arrived right on time, and did a most professional and beautiful job. The also came back the next day to fix a couple of the sprinkler heads, which was not even part of the scope of the contract. I would absolutely hire them again for any landscaping projects.

We hired Union Landscaping for our backyard landscape renovation and had a great experience. Chris was awesome to work with throughout the entire project. We had a general plan but Chris also had helpful ideas, paid close attention to details, and was very hands on with his crew. His team arrived promptly every day, were extremely hard working and professional. The project included grading, finishing irrigation, planting, raised beds, building a privacy fence, pergola, paver patio, walkway, dry bed, and installing an outdoor kitchen and fire pit. Chris was able to work with our budget and was able to deliver an amazing result. We would happily recommend Union Landscaping to our friends and family as they provided and excellent outcome.

I’m a long-time, very satisfied customer. Santiago takes care of our outdoor space as if it were his own. He’s reliable, his team is professional and he puts in extra effort when needed. I can recommend without reservation!

After the recent winds and fires in Altadena. Santiago’s team helped remove some branches from our driveway and clean up leaves on the grounds.

Terrible Service by Santiago. He is the owner, but he doesn’t really know how to train his crew so they provide the services to homeowners properly. We told him to lower the watering system in our backyard planters, his employees shut off the whole system. They did the same with the front lawn. When asked to come fix the problem, he always said he can’t and will come on the service day. Terrible, every week I had to discuss gardening and water issues with him yet his employees would come and mess up things again. It almost became a profession for me lol. He is cheap so is his service. If you don’t want to do his job partially, then do yourself a favor and hire someone else who will hopefully leave you worry free.
