I had a sewer backup at my place in Altadena and tried everything to clear the drain myself but couldn’t get it fixed. I decided to call Casey & Sons Plumbing & Electric. The next morning, Emmanuel got in touch and headed over. When he arrived, he checked out the basement, saw the situation, and brought in a pipe camera to inspect the line all the way to the city drain. He spotted a big root blocking the pipe, then used a snake with an auger to clear the clog. After finishing the job, he even charged me less than the original quote. Emmanuel was honest, professional, and really went above and beyond. I am very impressed with the service and would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help.

We highly recommend Casey & Sons Plumbing & Electric! Our old house had really low water pressure and no hot water in the shower. They came out and installed a new water heater, replaced all the pipes, and put in new faucets in the tub and shower. They also repaired leaking pipes under the kitchen sink and in the bathroom. We also asked for our main line to be cleaned, and they found the drain pipe from the tub was completely corroded, so they fixed that too. Arthur, Damon, Manuel, and the rest of the crew were very professional and finished everything in just a few days. They also made sure to clean up after the work was done. Great service!

I had a great experience with Casey & Sons Plumbing & Electric when I called about a faucet that was only dribbling water. I thought it might be an issue with our recirculation pump. Damon arrived and was very polite. He quickly took off the faucet end, cleaned it out, and just like that, the water flowed perfectly. We felt a bit silly for not trying that ourselves. He also took the time to explain how our recirculation pump works with the water heater, and he made some helpful recommendations along with a quote. All of this took about ten minutes. Damon was really pleasant and provided us with valuable information to consider before any plumbing issues arise.
